Hi Alexis, We’re sorry you had issue with the Wi-Fi. If it was within our control, we’d make sure it was spot on. Unfortunately, we need to rely on our service providers. Thank-you for letting me know about the master bed frame. It has since been replaced. Your feedback is much appreciated!

Plenty of room for a large family

We stayed for two weeks to visit all of the theme parks. The space was more than adequate for our family of 8 and there was plenty of hot water. There were two refrigerators so plenty of room for food. The dishwasher was on the fritz but the owner was quick to communicate with us and is trying to get it fixed. There was everything you need for cooking at home and lots of tableware.

Nice home close to Lake Toho but not if you have a boat

The home was beautiful and set up nice for pool time. Shade in morning for coffee and sun in afternoon. We were there for a College Bass event and the neighborhood is unfriendly to boats, maybe even saying they hate boats. Natasha and neighbors had to rally to get us some place to put the boat, thanks to them. If I were staying there for disney or a normal vacation I would recommend it, you will enjoy it.

Good value rental, I'll give it a grade B!

Good communication with owner. House is nice just needs a few upgrades! Beds were not clean ( dirty sheets) and mattresses not comfortable. Master bedroom bed fram is broke. But we cleaned the Lenin and made due. Neighborhood was very nice. This could be a grade A location with a few minor upgrades. But over all I'll give it a B because the price made up for the small stuff. Tight on a budget and want to take the family away for a few, this is a good rental property.

Hi William, Thank you for the feedback. We have since replaced the master bed and frame AND upgraded other features of the home. We’re sorry you had an issue with the linens. We checked in with our housekeepers who notified us they were actually clean but stained and forgot to mention to us they needed to be replaced (which they since have). Hope we can welcome you and your family back soon!

Excuses Excuses!!!!

Place was clean but many things that were said to work didn’t. Wet sheets were left in machine. Only one TV so the football lovers could not watch the Giants play against the cowboys ( and we are from New York Big giant fans) . We paid for the heated pool, the pool never got hot , the control for the game that was in the garage was missing. Tried to get in touch with property manager she texted me on what to do and gave me excuses.there were other petty issues but I’m not gonna go there.

Hi Isabelle, I personally visited the home after your stay to check on things. A couple things: 1. We reached out to you before your stay to see if you wanted the pool and spa heated. We notified you the deadline to let us know so we could prepare it for your stay. We did not hear back from you saying you wanted to add on until after you checked in which means we had to give you directions to do it yourself and hope that you figured to out. It seems you didn’t. When I returned and tested the pool myself, it heated just fine. 2. The game in the garage worked just fine, you just needed to switch it on. We don’t keep it on 24/7 since it would waste electricity. 3. Yes, housekeeping did let me know that she left the dryer running when she left but unfinished laundry should not have impacted your stay as you had all the towels and linens needed 4. Yes, we have one TV.

We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was always available to answer questions. The only thing is I wish I would have knew it would have taken that long for the pool and spa heated before I spent money because we didn't get to really enjoy that part before checking out.

Awesome Midweek Getaway

This property met all of our expectations! Plenty of space, gorgeous view of the lake with a pool and hot tub too. The game room was great, we used it in the evenings when it was cooler. All cookware that a family may need was provided. Will definitely book this stay again in the future!
