This is a newly renovated home with warm and carefully thought out designs with a home away from home feel. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and a large open floor plan, this is the perfect place for families that enjoy cooking, playing games and socializing.

There is plenty of truck and boat parking. Close proximity to town, hiking trails and quick access to the lake.

Loved the stay !

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. great property but neighbor

The property is clean and spacious. It has a foosball table and many board games, which is great for families. I would not be surprised if the neighborhood doesn't like short-term rentals and complain to homeowners. But never thought the neighbor would harass the renter.

Great house location

The host is very responsive and accommodating. Lake Powell location is beautiful. The house has great location Page, AZ for some of the most beautiful national parks and canyons to see. Very conveniently located to Utah border as well, to see some of the attractions there. Good restaurants and brewery near by. The house has everything your family might need, kids loved foosball table. Thank you!

Great House Great Location

From the moment you walk in, this home has plenty of room to move around, play cards on the perfect dinning room table, and play foosball at the same time. Very clean, very organized and had everything you could want. Thanks for the great customer service Deedee!!! You are the best to work with.

Best location. Awesome place.

Located close to both a cool lookout and restaurants and attractions. Size was more than ample for two couples. Best sofa ever. Patio/gazebo was great. Stocked kitchen was appreciated. Comfy mattress. We’d stay here again. Plenty to do around Page.

Great place

Lovely home! Nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Great location and nice neighborhood. Easy to get to stores, restaurants and any tours you want to take. Communication with host was fast and easy. Only "negative" was there were several light bulbs burnt out. Easy fix and in no way a deal breaker. Highly recommend this home!!

Loved the house and location. Close to everything. We were at the house at 4pm sharp and couldn't get in. Owner did not get the code to us until 4:15. We were getting anxious about not being able to access the house. Other than that everything was great.

Very welcome stop for us

This was a very good stop for us as we did a national park loop that started in Las Vegas, going to Zion, Bryce, Capitol Reef, Arches, Antelope and the Grand Canyon. By the time we got to Page, we need space and a break from each other. This was in a great neighborhood and was close to everything we wanted to do. The new furnishings were newer which was nice as you never know with a VRBO. The foosball table provided a little break for my sons. The only suggestions I would make would a good scrub of the master bathroom shower floor and just fewer pillows. We don't use decorative pillows and there so many that it was overwhelming stacking them off the beds. Thanks for a very nice stay!

Family getaway

The property was located with in 5-10 minutes of all our needs. There was enough space for everyone to be comfortable and relax. I loved that there was a washer and dryer as we were at the lake each day so washing towel was a must. The boat parking was amazing as it was shaded most of the later afternoon. There were a few issues with the half bathroom toilet not working, and the coffee pot but overall it was great.

Nice and cozy

This was my first VRBO rental and everything went smoothly for this novice. Loved that it was clean and in a nice neighborhood just a couple minutes from good restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home.

family vacation

The home was clean and had everything you would need for making food. We were sightseeing all day. So we really ate and slept there. The beds were very comfortable for all of us. I was disappointed that the ice machine was off, so we had to buy ice.
