Welcome to Casa Del Sol, a newly renovated vacation rental that is conveniently located in the highly sought after Settler Meadow neighborhood in Gilbert, Arizona. Here you will find all you need to create a relaxing vacation in the sun. Enjoy your private backyard oasis complete with a pool, hot tub, fire pit and covered patio created for outdoor living. This spacious residence has an open floor plan which provides a great space for spending time with friends or family and a walkup-bar to mix your favorite cocktails while you play a game of pool. This is truly a five star place to stay or should say 10 out of 10. Everything was as described, we felt at home and they took every effort to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. This is where I will intend on staying for each trip/vacation to the area.

Communication with host was fantastic! Very accomodating, provided great local recommendations, and even offered an early check in when we arrived. Property was very clean, and had all amenities we could have wanted. It was perfect for our Spring Break getaway.

Everything was just like it’s shown in the listing. The pool and hot tub are divine. Rooms were clean, house is beautiful and in a convenient location. Tricia is very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Gilbert with easy access to so many things! We enjoyed the tranquil pool and hot tub, as well as the comfortable home! It was a nice, relaxing get away for my family and I would definitely book this again!

Fantastic stay!

We had an amazing stay and will for sure be back. This house is perfect for our group of four adults. It is in a great location. The owners are very responsive and provide a perfect get away.

The Best Rental Ever! I have rented over 10 places and Casa Del Sol was the best! The pictures do not do it justice. Tricia was so friendly and so helpful. I totally recommend Casa Del Sol for its central location to all activities and the best place to get out of MN cold and snow.

Great few days in the Gilbert area. House is in a great location! Enjoyed watching the Masters on the outdoor TV while cooling in the pool. Owners communication was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again!

We are James and Tricia Ochoa from Bellingham, WA. We are both born and raised in the PNW and are now raising our 4 beautiful daughters here as well. Family is our passion. We love the outdoors, watching our kids play sports, traveling and finding good restaurants to eat at.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

On our travels to Arizona to visit family, we fell upon Gilbert and fell in love with the area. It has all the amenities of a big city with a small town vibe. We decided this would be a great area to invest in. Staying in close proximity to the Heritage District was a must. This house had everything we were looking for from the open concept living area to the great outdoor entertaining space. We felt it would make the perfect vacation home for us to escape the rainy northwest and to rent out for others to enjoy when we are not able to use it.
