Welcome to your home away from home! This thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome is located in the heart of Mesa, just minutes from the light rail and an ideal home base for Spring Training games, downtown Mesa dining, and local attractions.
The layout offers flexibility and comfort with one bedroom and a dedicated office on the first floor, perfect for remote work or added privacy. Additional bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs, creating a great balance for families or groups.

What you’ll love:
• 3 bedrooms, each with its own Smart TV for easy streaming. The 3rd bedroom does not have a dedicated closet, but has a dresser and storage under the bed.
• Dedicated home office w/ monitor, keyboard, and mouse
• 2 full bathrooms - All bathrooms are upstairs.
• Board games, puzzles and books for adults and kids.
• Fully stocked kitchen with all essentials, including kids’ dishes
• Access to two community pools and hot tubs
• Minutes from the light rail for easy access around the Valley
• Prime location for Spring Training and seasonal events
• Family-friendly amenities: high chair, pack & play, and baby gates available upon request

Whether you’re visiting for baseball season, traveling with kids, or staying longer while working remotely, this townhome offers comfort, convenience, and amenities that make it easy to settle in.

*Please be aware both bathrooms are upstairs, you will be required to use stairs when staying here.

This home was exactly what we needed during our stay in Mesa! It was exceptionally clean, the beds were so comfortable, and it had everything we needed and much more. Chris was so responsive and a fabulous host. We would definitely stay here again!

Our Little League coaches were there for the state tournament. We didn’t know how long we would need to be there and Chris was more than accommodating and worked with us. Our coaches said the property was homey and inviting. They give it a 10/10!

This was a wonderful stay. The host, Chris was very friendly and helpful. She was lovely to communicate with as well with the booking. The place was very clean, safe, organized, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!!

The host has done an amazing job on the rental! Everything is brand new complete renovation! The owner is also extremely responsive to any needs and/or questions you may have throughout your stay.

This rental did not meet our needs because there was no bathroom on the first floor. We had my elderly mother staying with us and expected to have her stay in the first floor bedroom because she cannot climb stairs. There was no bathroom on the first floor so we had to put her in the master bedroom. I spent the rest of our time in perpetual fear that she would fall down the stairs.

I chose this neighborhood for it perfect central Mesa location. It's just a few blocks from the light rail and making it easy travel to across Phoenix. About 10 minutes from downtown Mesa with tons of restaurants and a fun nightlife. There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, from parks and kayaking to tubing the Salt River, and it's also close to Spring Training games, so whether you love adventure or baseball, everything is within reach!
