Most Beautiful Area of the Beach!! Tradewinds Unit 81

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the ground floor across from the swimming pool, just steps to the ocean. Newly updated throughout. The master has a very comfortable king bed with private bath and views of the ocean, second bedroom has dreamy queen bed with shared bath. Sofa pulls out in the living room to queen size mattress; two swivel chairs are very comfortable. Full kitchen and dining area. In unit wifi access. Enjoy the relaxing sounds of the ocean from your private patio. Bring your boat and take advantage of the Tradewinds private deep water access dock as well as our boat parking. Fish in the Intracoastal as you watch the sunset, or open a beach chair and do some shore fishing as the sun rises. This condo is on the nicest and most private beach in the St Augustine area. Our many tide pools make for great family fun, while the miles of peaceful and quiet beach are perfect for a relaxing stroll. On any given day you can head out for surfing, SUP or even kayak. If you are looking for real history in the Nation's Oldest City, want to shop in our local boutiques, or enjoy some of the best restaurants, downtown St Augustine is only a 15 minute drive down A1A. Do not let this hidden jewel escape you!

The condo was perfectly appointed; Viktoriya was wonderful. The view of the water and a short walk to the pool and the beach, no steps. We stayed a month and enjoyed every minute. The most beautiful place on the beach is an accurate description.

Vicktoriya is responsive, helpful and accommodating. The Tradewinds is one of the best condominiums in the area.

My daughters and grandchildren loved this place. Being as my grandchildren are toddlers 1 and 2.5 the ground floor rental was perfect. Do hope to have this stay again.

Very nice, clean and neat place. Viktoriya was an incredibly nice host. Very prompt and accommodating any need I asked for. I will be glad to go back and stay again. One of the best I’ve stayed at.

Great stay on Crescent Beach

We’ve stayed at the property multiple times and absolutely love it. The owner provides a great unit for vacationing families and communicates everything clearly regarding the check in process.

Girlfriend Getaway Weekend

The condo was nice and clean and close to the beach and the pool. The condo had everything we needed. Check in and check out was easy and the owner provided all the info we needed for the condo. Great stay!

This condo was one of the nicest and well kept condos I have ever stayed in Florida. The host was amazing and was easy to contact if I had any problems. it was a bit tricky to find the condo at first, finding the building . She sent me a text message at 12 noon letting me know me know my unit was ready, but she I was still driving down from Georgia. I rarely write reviews [ bad or good], but I felt like I needed to since the condo was so lovely. This condo is beach view from living room and super easy walk down to beach, Crescent beach is about 10 min. South of St. Augustine and beautiful. Super nice kitchen too and she ice packs in the freezer for coolers. Very thoughtful.

The host was awesome. I had a few questions when we first arrived , she was so helpful and very kind and friendly. Sadly the pool was still closed , which would’ve been nice to know but I’m not sure she was even aware of that . The condo was very cozy and comfortable and this part of the beach is amazing . I relaxed on the peaceful beach while my husband and kids discovered several nice fishing spots nearby. We all definitely want to return to this area again and stay longer

In town for a graduation

We had a great stay at this Crescent Beach spot! The place was very clean, everything worked, and it had plenty of space for the 6 of us to get ready without feeling cramped. It’s super close to the beach, and we also enjoyed the pool. Communication with the host was easy and very fast—she was super sweet and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Our only suggestion is an upgrade to the kitchen cabinets and larger coffee mugs. 81 Tradewinds is an amazing vacation

Thank you for the review! I'm glad those are the only things not excellent!! I can get some larger mugs, thanks for the feedback. I just had the standard ones that matched the rest of the dishes but it wouldn't hurt to add variety. As for replacing the cabinets, hopefully someday, but a kitchen reno isn't in the budget anytime soon unfortunately. In the meantime, we just keep it as clean and nice as possible. Look forward to having you back next March!!
