This condo was PERFECT for my family of 4. It is a very short walk to the beach and you get 2 beach chairs with an umbrella included which was very nice. The outdoor pool is shaded for most of the day in case you need to get out of the sun. The condo was decorated so well which made our beach vacation even better.

We had a great stay and would come back again. The condo was clean and in a great location. The check-in process was very simple and the pictures were accurate. It would be nice if the condo had a few beach towels and beach amenities for guests. There isn't a washer/dryer in the unit but we didn't have any issues using the communal wash/dryer on the floor. Overall, a great place with great beach access.

Family beach trip

We had the best time staying here! Perfect for a family with young children. Easy walk to the beach and a pool steps away. The host was easy to communicate with and available. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

We had a great stay at Alicia's place. Even with it being the week of the 4th of July, the beach wasnt crowded. The Destin on the Gulf is a small but nice complex that helps prevent overcrowding. We would definitely recommend this unit to a family looking for a relaxing get away.

Location location location. Older but clean condo. Costs more and maybe not as nice as some of the high rise units at this price point but it was worth it. It’s right next to the stairs on second floor- no elevators needed. You can walk out to the beach in under five minutes and be at the pool in one minute. Also, you’re able to avoid heavy traffic on the highway because of where this is located you can zip right across to Target, Publix, etc in under 5 min.. We were there for 4th of July and the beach wasn’t too bad at all. Nothing like it is closer to the public beaches and the high-rise units. Beds were memory foam and comfortable sheets were nice. Kitchen well stocked with small appliances. No beach towels in unit. Pool was definitely pretty loud if people had music down there (it’s right outside your unit) so that could be a downside for some, but we didn’t spend a ton of time out there since the beach was so close. The chair service was really nice. I’d go back for sure.

Great right off the beach getaway

This was great place right on the beach for a relaxing weekend. The only downfall is that there isn't a lot that is easily accessible without a vehicle or Uber/Lyft. Otherwise, I highly recommend.

The property was very nice, and extremely clean. We typically stay near Mirimar, but we loved this location, the beach access was great and the beach was not overly crowded.

Great Unit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The low density complex made our time on the beach so enjoyable. The unit was clean and spacious. Didn't hurt that the water was crystal clear during our stay!

Great location

The condo was great really nice beach. Alicia had great communication. We had a small mishap when checking in and it was resolved within 2 hours. Will definitely stay again.

Family oriented, quiet location, right on the beach, and beach service was great to have. Restaurants, attractions, convenience stores for most people will require driving.

Wonderful Week in Destin!

Loved this property location! Beach was beautiful and not overly crowded like some of the larger buildings in the area. The unit was well appointed, maintained and very comfortable. Pool, parking and beach access were super easy and having the beach chair and umbrella service was key! We had a great relaxing week! Would stay again for sure!
