Had a great time! There were 4 beach chairs available to use with the condo which was great! The owner and property manager were great and communicated well! The patio furniture was excellent. Had a ton of kitchen items so we were able to cook everything we wanted to. Would rent again!

We all really enjoyed the scenery and peacefulness this place brought. Opening the back door, sit on the balcony, and just hear and watch the waves. Seeing all the planes fly over were awesome and the location was perfect for all the fun activities.

Enjoyed our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was beautiful, the condo had a great view and it was very relaxing.

FYI: There is now a queen memory foam mattress in the guest bedroom, a brand new king bed with a supreme, hybrid mattress in the master bedroom, and the floors that were carpeted have been redone with premium flooring. Perfect view and excellent beach and pool access. Host was excellent and easy to communicate with. The furnishings were dated, old and underwhelming. Equally, the overall lighting, bathrooms, and 2nd bedroom specifically, needs upgrading. That all said, I’m still very positive with our 6.5 week stay here and would give it a solid recommendation.

Perfect oceanfront property, beautiful and clean. Only thing is if you are traveling with more than four people bring extra trash bags and toilet paper.

This condo was in an awesome location only steps to the sugary sand beaches and clean turquoise waters! Everything was as advertised. The condo was clean and well stocked with all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Family of four enjoyed plenty of amenities and very comfortable! Incredible view of white beach and emerald waters! Near plenty of attractions! Good communication with management!

Best Location

Destin on the Gulf is our favorite place to stay in Destin, and this condo was clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay and would love to book here again in the future!

4th of July weekend

We were truly satisfied with our entire stay this weekend. The condo was immaculate and the beach was pure perfection! We truly had an amazing weekend! We cannot wait to book our next trip back!!

Awesome Location

The place was exactly as advertised. Everything was great: elevator service, cleanliness, kitchen, location. We had a great time and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was conveniently located to shopping, the grocery store and restaurants. The location is beautiful right by the beach and has a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The property manager was very friendly and helpful when I had questions.
