What an amazing vacation!!! Charlotte and Richard were amazing hosts. We got to chat with them a few times and were very happy with their property. I think the location was also perfect because it was on the less busy end of PC and street was a dead end. The pool was awesome. We enjoyed it by herself many times which was amazing. The property is literally across the street from the beach with its own access super clean. We want to go thank you so much for your hospitality.

Richard and Joyce are great to work with and very personable! Richard went above and beyond to help us with a bed that our two year old would sleep in. The condo is a hidden gem on a private side street and right across from the ocean. The pool is amazing and we were the only ones in the pool area. Richard and Joyce talked with us for a while and offered pool toys for my 5 year old. We love being on the Thomas drive side of PCB and this condo is in the perfect location. I feel that the hospitality made it well worth it!

Great Birthday weekend!

This was our first time in PCB and we were pleasantly surprised by how convenient it was to the beach and off the beaten path. Location great for trying different restaurants. Very nice for a couple’s quiet getaway to the beach. Definitely will rebook!

Excellent Vacation Spot

My family chose this spot not really knowing what we were going to get, and found out it is a hidden gem. You are right in the heart of everything in Panama, and you still get a quiet laid back feel with a section of beach that isnt over crowded. The hospitality experts who manage the place are excellent. I highly recommend this rental.

Steps away from several easy access beach entries. Location on point and just off the main road, quieter than the noisy spring breakers near by! Wonderful time relaxing and spending time in the sun!

Unit 8 was very clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. It was a lovely condo. The owners were very responsive to messages. It's pet friendly. The location is on the busy, loud side of the beach, but managed to be quiet and peaceful. Beach access is right across the street. The pool area is small, but nice. The bad side, the only air conditioner is in the living room, so the bedroom and bathroom were baking hot. They did bring us a fan to help, but it didn't help much. At the least the bedroom needs a window unit, and the bathroom needs blinds on the frosted window to help block the very hot afternoon sun. It is a second floor unit only wallup access. That should be included in the VRBO listing. I was recovering from spinal surgery and we would have made a different choice had we known about the stairs. Overall it is very nice option for your beach stay.

Thank you for your review. Not sure why you thought the pool area was small. Theirs room for party's, grilling and 30 people sitting. Also, we are on one of the most quieter areas on the beach. Thank you again for being our quest.

Really amazing!

My stay was great! As soon as I got there Mr. Richard greeted me. The place itself was very clean and so convenient. I didn’t have to worry about waiting to get on an elevator. The freezer already had ice and our car was parked right out in front. Really great place, I will definitely be staying here again!

Great Hidden Gem

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. We loved the location! Even though it’s less than half a mile from Pineapple Willy’s, it still feels secluded. Our only complaints are the laundry and the sofa bed. The laundry is an outdoor “paid” washer and dryer. Needs to be listed as such so that tenants know to bring quarters if they plan to do laundry. It’s 6.00 per load. The listing makes it seem as if it’s indoors and included. The sofa bed “mattress cover” was absolutely gross. Stained and covered in hair. The mattress cover didn’t appear to have been washed at all. And there are no pillows for the sleeper sofa, Only pillows were what appeared to be decorative pillows. Will stay again with the assurance before hand that the sleeper sofa is fit to be slept on.

Me and my kiddos/pups enjoyed the week at this cute lil property. The management was beyond helpful and very quick on responses to any questions I may have and very friendly and sweet. My kids want to make it a tradition and come back yearly

This place was perfect for my husband and myself and our two kids. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was super close to multiple beach accesses which is perfect because thats what I come for. Check in was super easy and Richard and his wife were wonderful at check in. Thank you again We practically had the pool to ourselves every evening which was amazing. If i had to complain about anything it would be how firm the main bed was. But im used to sleeping on a super soft bed at home. Definitely reccomend this place.

Panama City

This place turned out to be very cozy and in a great area. It was close to action if you wanted it but was also closed off in a small neighborhood if you wanted to relax. I loved this place.
