50 Yards to the beach; Less than a mile to Pier Park and it has 120+ stores and dining; ""Dolphin Waves"" has 1800 square feet of spacious living with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Great location at Highway 79 and Front Beach Road. Less than a mile to Pier Park. Pier Park has over 120 stores and restaurants for your shopping, entertainment, and dining. (IMAX theater, Dave & Busters, Tootsies, 5 Guy Burgers, Margaritaville, Texas Road House just to name a few.) Winn Dixie grocery store, liquor store, CVS Pharmacy is across the street. Fresh fish market, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and several others in short walking distance.

1st bedroom (1st Floor) has 2 queen-size beds; the 2nd bedroom has one King bed; 3rd bedroom has one King bed.
- Totally the unit can accommodate 8 guests.

Loved the townhouse!! These places can’t be beat; so close and easy access to the beach, great for us seniors that even struggle on solid ground. This is the second year we have stayed in these townhouses and we will definitely be back. Everything you need and then some!

Host is extremely communicative in a great way. They aloud us to check in early. Checked in with us through out the trip making sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. Beds were very comfortable for the whole family. You’re literally 100 feet from the beach. Tons of activities in the town to do that are 15-20 min away. I would stay here again.

We’ve stayed at several VRBO’s and this one stood out for its cleanliness, location, and beautiful views of the ocean. The host kept in good communication and check in was pleasantly easy. The beach decor in the home was lovely. We really appreciated all the electrical outlets everywhere in the townhouse.

Great location, great rental!

This spacious unit is in the perfect location for PCB…very close to restaurants/groceries, but the beachfront feels more secluded. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and we loved the covered deck area looking out on the ocean. Great communication with the owner, and they were very accommodating.

Excellent access to the beach

The owners were very responsive and helpful. Location is excellent and it was so nice to be on the beach in PCB with room to spread out on the private beach area

Excellent Stay

the property was literally steps to the beach. It was in a great neighborhood but the roads were pretty busy so look out for that. The house was clean and much bigger in person! Overall excellent stay!

Wonderful time!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and furnished properly. Our favorite is that the beach is right off your porch! Looking forward to staying there again.

less than 50 yards to sandy beach; beach is our backyard. Parking is 10 ft from front door.

Parking in front of the house, it is a huge plus; when you stay at a condo, you park somewhere and walk or wait for crowded elevators.
When you go to the beach, you don't have to carry everything at the same time; when you are at the beach, if it is sunny or windy, less than 2 mins, you can come back home. Very convenient for family with Kids. When you stay at our place, you enjoy more about the beach.
