Loved the location in relation to town, but also the bus stop to the ski resort. communication with staff before our trip was great and they were very helpful once we arrived as well. Will definitely stay here if we come back to the area.

Great spot in Lake Louise

The property had everything we needed for a great stay in a gorgeous location. Kids will love the pool and mini golf and the restaurant was delicious. Easy and accommodating, and room for many!!

Clean, convenient and well-equipped

Stayed here for skiing at Lake Louise. Staff and restaurant on-site, rooms with full kitchen and extra beds, 10 minutes from resort. Would definitely stay here again!

Mountain hiking

We loved the beautiful surroundings. The condo was clean and comfortable. Especially loved the patio in the evening.

Bucket List Ski Vacation

Property is clean, quiet, and well located in Lake Louise. It was extremely cold while we were there, so spent considerable time indoors when not skiing. Staff on site is excellent, being friendly and helpful. Very satisfied.

Nice place

The place going in the door is dated. Inside is nice but crowded with furniture. Can’t use the drop bed because there is no where to put the couch. The parking for guests is terrible because the people using the shuttles take all the spaces

Better than average

The staff was incredible. Nicest people and we appreciated their diversity and multicultural mix. Any issues were addressed immediately and with a big smile. Outstanding staff. Restaurants’ food surprisingly good for a hotel. Our only issue: Through no fault of the Inn, cell service in this remote area is poor. But the Inn’s wifi was even worse. If you’re glued to your phone or the internet at night after a day of exploring, the Inn is very challenging. Further, the TVs are not smart TVs, so no Netflix if that is how you relax at night like us. And no cable, maybe nine stations that the signal was constantly out on or was glitching when you’re watching it.
