This, by far, was our favorite place to stay. This place is clean and very spacious and the hostess was very easy to talk to and she always got back in a timely manner. We look forward to our next stay here!

The house was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. We all got sick at the same time. We don't blame the house. Having six bedrooms and six bathrooms made this the best place to all be sick at once. We suspect we caught a virus at the one place we ate at the first day we arrived. Doubt we'll eat there again.

Fantastic Stay with Unbeatable Beach Access and Views

Our group had a fantastic time at this property! The house was the perfect size for our larger group of 15, including a few babies and toddlers. The common areas had ample room for our group to all be together or breakout in separate areas. The outside deck is phenomenal with good sun coverage and lots of seating. And the quality of the furniture and amenities is great as well. Beach access is also a huge plus, and the closet on the ground level had a large selection of toys, umbrellas/canopies, and other gear. There are several food marts nearby for easy access to groceries, as well as an HEB about 20 minutes away. Overall we had a great stay, and would highly recommend this spot.

Everything was as described. Clean house, every utensil needed for cooking, and a great floor plan. The high bathrooms helped a lot.

PERFECT BEACH LOCATION

Great place to stay! The neighbors, homeowners were very nice as well. If you're going to the beach for the beach this is the place! Look forward to staying here again and as a plus the host was very helpful.

This lovely beach home, with tasteful boho beach vibe decor, was the perfect place for our extended family to gather. Having a bathroom for each room, including the custom bunk beds, was a great feature, and one of the deciding factors in choosing this place. The best thing was the huge shaded porch with a beach view, and the private walkover right to the beach. AHHH...My idea of a perfect vacation. Everyone in our group seemed to enjoy it, and there were many comments about what a great place it was. Sarah was very helpful and kind throughout the entire process of rental and answering any questions that came up. All in all, our stay was just wonderful, and we would love to come back sometime.

Family Beach Trip

We stayed just a couple of weeks after Hurricane Beryl. Property was in good shape, all things considered. Great location and the interior layout was perfect for our needs. Would stay here again.

Great place, cozy and clean. Fantastic for adults and have ample toys and silverware and baby care items for our troop of 8 kids under 8! We had a small problem at checkin that was fixed right away and the owner was super responsive!

The mosr clean and organized property at perfect location

We had a wonderful weekend for 3 days. Host was so responsive. Propoerty was very clean, organized and had everything you needed in a rental. We loved staying here.

Fantastic place!

I cannot overstate how great this house is. We had 12 people, 8 adults and 4 kids, and it was perfect. Great house, comfortable beds, plenty of space, really good AC, and right on the beach. What more could we ask? We will definitely rebook for next year.

We loved our stay here. Everything was as expected or beyond expectations. Many times when you arrive at the location, it doesn’t look quite like it did in the photos online. This was not the case. It was so nice not having to worry about the place you are staying and just focus on your family. Highly recommend and plan on making a trip during the summer.

Great location, brilliant floor plan.

Had a great week stay with family and friends. The house has such a great floor plan with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Living area pulls it all together so we could hang comfortably in between immediate beach access. We really enjoyed a beach fire at night, which was new to us. Having beach chairs and toys available was really convenient too. Charcoal grill was a nice touch for meals. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back if available.

Excellent experience

It was an excellent property with plenty of room for everyone and an enormous deck to spend your mornings and evenings!! House was super clean and nicely updated . Would recommend it , we were a group of 16 people age ranging from 40+ to teens and infants and all of us just love the house , location and beach , will come back !!!

The hostess was absolutely AMAZING!!!! There were a couple of small issues at the beginning of our trip but Sarah was VERY responsive and had them corrected in no time at all. Also followed up during our stay to make sure everything was taken care of and in working order. The house is also as advertised with a private boardwalk directly to the beach. House was very comfy and had plenty of space for our stay. Air conditioner works like a champ which is super important especially for the upcoming summer months. House was very well appointed and the owners have thought of everything! My wife commented that she would think it would be handy to have a specific item, would open a drawer/cabinet and find that the house already had it!!!I HIGHLY recommend renting this house if you plan to visit Surfside!!!!!

Great House and Great Communication

House is lovely and as advertised. We had to be in Surfside just after a hurricane, and it made for a tricky situation, since the island didnt have power for part of the time. The owners were fantastic about communicating and were fully transparent about the state of the property. So if you see lots of reviews saying a house was nice, but wonder what would happen if theres an issue, rest assured these people will make sure you are taken care of as quickly as possible.

Excellent Location and Beautiful Beachfront House!

A group of our family and friends - 12 total- stayed here over July 4th and loved it. Sarah was amazing to communicate with. She had all the beach chairs, 3 canopies and even a wagon full of sand toys for little ones to use. She even provided beach towels for us to use! We originally had 16 ppl, but some couldn't get off work. The house would have easily accommodated all 16. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house has 2 a/c units so it was easy to satisfy both the cold sleepers and the warm sleepers. 2 great coffee makers and the kitchen was fully stocked! Of course, the view was the BEST - coffee and cocktails every day! I highly recommend this property!
