This true beachfront property was a great little getaway for our family. The house was clean, well-decorated, and had everything needed for a nice vacation. Additional beach items were available at the property, so there was no need to bring chairs, towels, or toys. Our kids had a great time walking down the steps and right onto the beach! Host was communicative regarding check in and verifying everything was as expected. We would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back! The house is great and has everything we needed and then some. The outdoor spaces are amazing both upstairs and downstairs. Loved the lower patio area. Such a cool space. Then there is the pedestrian beach, right outside the door! Doesn’t get much better than this!!

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! The location was hands-down the best part—you truly can’t beat being directly on the pedestrian beach. Being able to step right out of the house and onto the beach made our trip so convenient and relaxing.The owners were also fantastic to work with. We had a small concern with the A/C during our stay, and they were extremely responsive and quick to address it. It’s always reassuring to know you have attentive hosts who genuinely care about their guests’ experience.Great house, amazing location, and wonderful hosts. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

This house was absolutely perfect! The location, shaded sand play area for the kiddos, host communication, everything. No loading the vehicle up to go to the beach, just walk to it. We will be coming back!

Amazing place to rent

Our stay was amazing the owners accommodated every thing we could ask for. Friendly and helpful we had an amazing time. I will be renting again shortly thank yall

Everything was great!

From the check in to check out everything was great. Great location and the house even had beach toys to play with. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

Family beach trip

Very cute house right on the beach. Loved the deck downstairs! Spent more time outside and on the beach than ever before. Would love to come stay again!

Seashells, Sunsets, and Smiles

We had a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our multigenerational family, plenty of space, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was quiet, safe, and family-friendly, right on the beach. We especially like the finished deck that set this house apart from the others nearby. Everyone from grandparents to grandkids had a great time. We’d absolutely stay here again!

No worries is right on

Definitely a "no worries" beach house. Our family enjoyed our stay. Home was cleaned, well furnished, very accommodating for a family of 6 both the ease of beach access to home as well as being right there on the pedestrian side of the beach helped make our stay amazing. Will be back again soon.

This is a gem of a property. The home was charming and had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. The beds were comfortable. This was all of our first time staying beachfront on pedestrian beach, and everyone agreed that the experience was amazing. Just one foot off the beautiful ground level deck and we were on the beach. We were able to sit under the shade on the deck and watch all our children play directly in front of us without the worries of cars driving by. We didn't not have room to pack a gazebo or beach chairs, and thankfully, we didn't need it. The proximity to the jetty made it a fun morning walk for everyone. We got to watch the ships coming in and spotted dolphins as well. During our stay, the water was cleaner, and the beach did not have seaweed and rocks everywhere. I don't think I could stay at any other Texas beach after being spoiled by staying here.
