Walkable Waterfront Bayside Townhome with boat slip, pool, and green space!

Come enjoy a 3 level, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome on the bay! The unit sleeps up to 6 and each bedroom has its own private balcony. Guests will be able to enjoy stunning bay views from inside and outside the home (the photo's don't do it justice).

If that isn't enough, three waterfront restaurants/bars are all within walking distance: Harpoon Hanna's, Catch 54, and Papa Grande's. One can also walk or bike to the beach, rent jet ski's and boats right next door, walk across the parking lot for a relaxing day at the spa, play a few rounds at the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course down the road, or venture onto Coastal Highway for tax free shopping.

In the summer, the community pool, which is adjacent to the unit, opens at 10:00 am and closes at 9:00 pm. Two assigned parking spaces are available for use while staying with additional visitor parking on a first come basis.

All guests must bring their own sheets, towels and toiletries. These items will not be provided during your stay.
All guests must be 30 and older unless accompanied by an adult at all times. Proof of driver's license must be presented when booked.
Their is no smoking allowed as the entire property is smoke free.
