Hacienda Pedraza is a Spanish colonial home with modern upgrades but keeping the essence of what it was. This home is a beautiful 5 bedroom 4 bath home that can accommodate up to 16 guest comfortably with a private pool which sits on 6 acres of greenery, it is surrounded by diverse palm trees and fruit trees native to Puerto Rico. The home has a beautiful outdoor deck area which you can dine listening to the sounds of nature, we are within driving distance to local beaches and commercial establishments such as supermarkets, stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries etc. We do not provide any housekeeping service during your stay and any amenities we provide will be basic for your arrival any extra supplies such as toiletries, cooking condiments, laundry supplies ect. you have to purchase. We have a list of locations that we can inform you about upon arrival. The home also has a full kitchen with all the basic utensils for cooking, a two car garage but plenty of driveway space for other vehicles, the home has plenty of outdoor space for all the kiddies to run around and enjoy. Beautiful getaway

Beautiful large home in a quiet area. My friends and I had a great time and used the pool and field for plenty of games.

Not Super Pleased

Overall the property was not what we anticipated. the grounds were nice enough but the cleanliness of the entire property was very sub par. the bathrooms were all pretty dirty and the kitchen and pots/pans were old and dirty enough to force us to buy our own pan to cook in. The layout of the house and the back patio was nice, but we were dissatisfied and will not be returning.

Family trip

This place was amazing; the pictures didn't do it, Justice! Beautiful property, the house surrounded with beautiful land. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and each room had a balcony. We were all very comfortable. We loved the pool the pool! enjoyed the pool

Mom's 1st Anniversary

The property is beautiful and the has the appliances necessary. Although there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom coming from the ceiling we survived a beautiful week.

Perfect getaway for the kids

We had a wonderful weekend stay. Enjoyed the pool, the upstairs jacuzzi and the hose overall. The house does have some items in need of repair, bun nothing we couldn’t work around. Air conditioners all worked great and the kitchen was spacious and convenient to the rest of the house. Could use a few more mugs and silverware, but pretty equipped overall. We appreciated having extra trash bags and toilet paper provided. Plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! Kids especially didn’t want to leave on Sunday!

Family of 12 vaca

The house has a lot of flaws. Only 3 burners worked on the stove. Microwave only 3 buttons worked. Both ovens went up 3 days in out of our 10 days. We barely had a way to cook for a family of 12. Contacted the property person and response was sorry we have problems with that. 1 toilet in a bathroom was not bolted down and was falling over. There were small bugs in the one bed. Another bed had vomit on the comforter. Knobs broken in multiple bathrooms. Front gate would not shut for security.

Large Home

Property was specious for our family of 17. It was clean and had ample ground for the kids to run around. They were equipped with crib, kids toys and a stair gate. Unfortunately we did not have Wi-Fi our whole stay, which didn’t allow for viewing any TV. In addition we did not have enough bath or pool towels.

15 family members fit comfortable

There were 10 adults 3 teenagers 2 kids. Everyone slept comfortably. The space was amazing . Everything we needed was right there.

Exactly what we needed in Aguadilla

We traveled with a group of 6 adults and 6 children, ranging 6-9 years old. The property was perfect for us. The highlight absolutely was the outdoor space. We spent the majority of our time/meals on the back deck which had the most beautiful view of the surrounding property. The pool and gazebo area were perfect for spending the day and evening.The yard was big for ball games. The house was quite nice. Bedrooms had nice windows/light, and the adult beds were comfortable. Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit if needed. The kitchen area worked for our needs and although small, the liv room was a nice place for the kids to relax with a movie. I do think it's important to list imperfections though, in case that helps someone to decide whether this is the right place for them. The water was touchy. Sometimes, it would come down to a trickle, but they have a well pump that kicks in automatically, so it was never a problem for long. Only 2 of the four showers worked- one bedroom shower and one outside. The kitchen sink was almost always clogged. The plunger that was kept under the sink was used every time we washed dishes. Hot tub did not work. Gas grill was barely hanging on so dont bank on it. Front door had no knob, so locking the house completely was impossible. Also, the front gate to the property was to be left open at all times. That being said, we always felt safe in the neighborhood. Overall, again, we loved our stay and are lucky to have found this house!

First family trip to PR

Beautiful house, didnt have a blender so we bought one and left it for next guests to enjoy. Ac through out the home perfect. Pool absolutely amazing, jacuzzi didn’t work but we didn’t mind since we speymost our time at local beaches. Communication lacked completely. Owner never responded To any messages through out my stay. We could ise dryer upstairs and no instructions left on how it worked with propane and no comunication when I reached out, thankfully 2nd dryer in garage, just had to go up to wash and bring wet clothes down to dry, a little annoying but i got it done. But other than that absolutely loved our stay, the kids loved it as well. I would definitely stay here again

Nice place for a family of 16 including a toddler.

We were a family of 16 including a toddler and 5 kids ages 6-16. The kids loved the pool!! We had an amazing family vacation at this place. We are definitely coming back!!! We stayed from 07/26/2022 through 08/03/2022. The kids didn't want to leave!! The house is BIG!!!! We are giving a 4.5 🌟 not 5 stars because the bunkbeds didn't have the good mattress. Overall this is a good stay for a big family!!

July Family Vacation

Perfect house for a family vacation! My family and I had an amazing time with the kids. Even though we did a bunch of day trips to explore the West side of the island we really did not need to leave as staying in was just as amazing with all the ammenities this property has to offer. My only complaint will be Host information given to us was not up to date and we did not have access to anyone for questions and concerns we had during our one week stay.

Absolutely Satisfying

We had a group of eight that stood over but friends and families that visited and everybody was extremely comfortable this property I recommend for anyone with a family and friends that would like to enjoy the beauties of a house in Puerto Rico... There was one other review that stated the photos do not do this place Justice I absolutely agree the photos don't come close to what this property is... Very pleased with the overall stay I will definitely be renting this house again... Special thanks to the host he was excellent...

Family vacation

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at the hacienda. The home and property are comfortable, spacious and have everything you need. There are hammocks, beach chairs, pool toys, etc. we loved every second here. Thank you!! FYI the pictures posted do not do the home justice, it is much nicer in person.
