Welcome to Studio M - close to everything but away from it all! This spacious and modern above garage one room studio has a private entrance and is perfect for a weekend getaway or extended stay in the area. Nestled in a mix-use community with both retail and residential properties, Studio M is just 6 miles south of historic downtown Franklin and 27 miles south of the Nashville Broadway scene.

Studio M guests are provided with a queen size bed, air mattress, extra linens, sofa, 50" smart TV, full bathroom with shower/tub, a coffee bar, mini refrigerator and microwave. The studio is above
a residential garage that is separated from our home by a breezeway. You may see us in passing, but the studio is private and will be all yours during your stay! Enjoy the neighborhood's retail, walking trails, pond, creek and playground.

Perfect spot

My husband and I stayed here during our Ramsey Money&Marriage Getaway. Its was the perfect spot for us just 15mins away from the event center. Only wished they had a closet space or somewhere to hang up clothes. Besides that one little thing everything was perfect!

Perfect Place to Relax

The property had everything you could need! It was close enough to downtown and to Franklin to enjoy it all but far enough out to relax and unwind!

The most enjoyable stay!

I stayed at the studio for a long weekend, with my little dog and we had the best experience! The studio had everything we needed and our host Marianne was absolutely lovely. She was very quick to respond to any questions, super-helpful, kind and overall an excellent host. Five Stars!

terrible access

Had to park in the front, walk through the wet yard (no sidewalk) to the rear garage that was PACKED with mounds of stuff, up unfinished, plywood stairs. Me in a tucks, wife in full length ball gown and heels??? ridiculous. Went to a hotel.

Fantastic Spot and Great Hosts

I was just passing threw town to work a golf tourney and this VRBO came across my listings. Overall to say the hosts were friendly, easy going, and fantastic. I made a big mistake on my days but they were so understanding it was awesome. This place is worth the stop for sure. Thanks again

Wonderful

This studio is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The pictures don’t do it justice. The pond and walking trails are very nice. Overall it was a great stay!!
