Our family-friendly 2 story home is centrally located in beautiful Northern Michigan, situated in a quiet neighborhood. Just a short drive from beaches, trails, and the Little Traverse Wheelway is a one minute bike ride away. You will be 8 miles from Charlevoix, 8 miles from Petoskey, 11 miles from Boyne City. Swim in Lake Michigan, Lake Charlevoix, or Walloon Lake. Enjoy local festivals, wineries and breweries. This modest home has a sunny, large back deck, overlooking the woods behind, and fire pit. The large fenced-in backyard has plenty of room for kids to play. You will feel right at home with WiFi and streaming TV.

Perfect!

The house was immaculately clean, extremely well organized, and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and were sorry not to be staying long enough to use the fire pit and sauna. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Amazing up north house

This was the nicest home we have stayed at up north. It was super clean and organized. The decor was very welcoming. Ample supplies of everything and a well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and there is a binder with all the information including ideas of things to do in the area! Beautiful patio set and grill and fire pit

Perfect base for our Petoskey exploration

Beautiful home with a great deck and back yard. The well a equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a couple of meals. We really enjoyed our stay.

Felt at home

The home was so beautiful, even nicer than the pictures could show. The owners thought of everything you would need to make a your vacation easy and comfortable. So many nice touches. It was very clean and we loved the large variety of spices and oils provided in the kitchen. We loved the location and the quiet wooded sub…The communication with the host was excellent.! We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect location

This home is located within a short drive of everything you want to see and experience in the area - Charlevoix, Boyne City, Petoskey, Harbor Springs are all nearby. A very comfortable home - the pictures and listing are very accurate.

Great homey house near Charlevoix, Petoskey, Bay View

This was a lovely, comfortable house near everything we needed to be near. My husband was performing at the Bay View Opera so it was super convenient and had plenty of room (we only used two of the bedrooms). Dawn is very gracious and all was lovely. If he ever performs there again, we'd definitely go back!

Charlevoix sailors

We absolutely loved renting the Bayshore house. It was our first experience with VRBO. We felt so much at home and the owner was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend!!!

Great Property

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in a great location between Charlevoix and Petoskey. The house is well appointed and clean. Communication with the hosts and the check in was smooth. Overall a great experience.

Location

The location was so convenient to most of the towns and activities we were interested in pursuing. The house was clean and tidy, quite lovely. The master bed was very comfortable.

Perfect Home!

This property was absolutely amazing for our family vacation! The home was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The back deck was a perfect spot for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine, while overlooking the kids hanging out around the bonfire. I would definitely recommend this property, and we might be back in the future!

Up north getaway

We stayed for 4 nights and it was like a home away from home! The house was beautiful. Everything was nicely organized. All the linens and towels and paper products were provided. They even had coffee and a full cabinet of spices for cooking. There was no a/c but it was cool enough in the evenings that it didn't matter. Hoping the hot tub is working if we come back another time. Great rental!

We had such an amazing stay!

My family and friends with their two children stayed here and we had a fabulous time! The house was larger then I expected and the kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor patio was a really nice spot in the mornings. Would love to come back if the hot tub is open!

Tom and I enjoy Northern Michigan and all it has to offer. We love camping, motorcycle riding, bicycling, kayaking, and visiting the many festivals in the area. We can't wait to share our beautiful corner of Michigan with you.

This is the home we built and it is where we raised our two sons. It is perfect for families, whether it is sitting by the fire pit, eating dinner on the back deck, playing a game at the dining room table or cozying up in the living room for a movie. There are many different options for activities close by. Our house is in a quiet neighborhood, just a stone's throw from Little Traverse Bay, Little Traverse Wheel Way and many nature paths and preserves. Spare Key Winery is less than a mile away, directly to the south.
