We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. Owners were easy to contact and available anytime I had questions, quick to reply back. We had plenty of room for our family, with the beds and baths on the 3 different levels. It wasn't far off the parkway and had a traffic light for easy access to get on the parkway. Being the last cabin on the street and with the "half moon" drive, it allowed us plenty of room for our 3 vehicles. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

A perfect cabin for my girls

This is the second time we have booked in this neighborhood. We loved the cabin. The location is ideal, close enough we don’t spend a ton of time driving but removed from the noise of the strip. I would definitely book here again!

Close to everything

My family had an amazing week here. The cabin is close to everything, yet it does not feel like it at all. My kids loved the bunk beds and the two pools. It was very clean, spacious and welcoming. We are already talking about our next trip back

Wonderful!

After the cabin that we had booked for months canceled our reservation at the last minute (literally 14 hours before our scheduled check-in) we were left scrambling to find another rental. In the end, what could have been a disaster turned into a blessing! Bear Pine was the perfect place for our family getaway and Megan was amazing! She reached out immediately and was super responsive. The cabin was very clean and is set up to accommodate a large group or family. Between the outdoor decks, hot tub, game room, and multiple bedrooms, there is plenty of space to spread out but also more than enough room to come together for meals. We also enjoyed the pool located just down the hill. You cant go wrong by choosing Bear Pine!

Quick get-a-way

Our family very much enjoyed our short stay in this home! We’ve been coming to the area for years, typically using VRBO to find lodging. Our two adult children and their spouses love coming with us. The set up of the house was absolutely perfect for each couple to have their own space….bedroom AND bathroom! My son & his wife loved taking afternoon naps on the bunk bed in the loft! There was plenty of room for everyone to both spread out when desired and plenty of room to be together. Due to some dietary issues, we cooked/ate most of our meals at the cabin. There were plenty of kitchen items available for our needs. Also plenty of room for each of us at the dining room table and the picnic table on the deck. The location of the property is fantastic. Bring at the end of the cul-de-sac afforded lots of quiet and privacy! The house is just a few minute drive to the “main drag” of the area….quite the bonus to have a stoplight there, too. It’s soooo easy to get where you are going having that stoplight….and easy to get off the “main drag” to get back to the cabin. We took a vote… it was unanimous that we would definitely stay here again. We all wished we could have stayed longer, but incredibly thankful for the time we did have! Great communication and clear instructions from the host.

Perfect for families

This cabin worked perfectly for us! The kids (7 & 11 and 18-not really a kid but still a kid anyway-) loved the game room (well, we all did!). The bedrooms were easy to access yet far enough that everyone had privacy. We had zero issues but even so, contact with the owner was superb - really above and beyond. Location was easy to find and close to anywhere you want to go yet far enough to be peaceful. Will definitely return. Thanks for a great stay!

This cabin was a perfect fit for our family!

I and my family stayed in the cabin during the week of Thanksgiving. The three different floors of the cabin were the perfect setup for our family! My stepdaughter and son in law have a 12 month old so they took the upstairs bedroom and were able to put the baby down in the evening away from the noise. I didn't want my mom to have to go up and downstairs so she stayed in the main floor bedroom. My husband and I took the downstairs bedroom and were able to relax and watch tv in the living area after everyone was in for the night. I have a 14 and 11 year old and one slept in the upstairs bunkbed and another stayed on the fold out sofa downstairs (and he was very excited about the Playstation). The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. I even washed clothes before we headed home. We ordered our Thanksgiving meal from Cracker Barrell which was conveniently located at the entrance to our road off the Parkway. The dining table with 8 chairs accommodated our entire group and there was even a high chair! We also had everything we needed in the kitchen for our meal. The property was clean and well appointed and the host was so kind, she even texted a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Great location!!

If you are wanting a great cabin that’s not way up in the mountains this is it!! We were so close to the main parkway but didn’t feel close once at the cabin. Cabin was very clean, well stocked and comfy! We loved the fall touches around the cabin. The owners are very easy to contact and we appreciated their kindness!

Great Place, Great Location

The cabin was just what we needed for 2 sets of grandparents plus a family of seven. There was plenty of room for everyone. The cabin was clean, had all the amenities we needed. Our group stayed there for 10 days. The location was very convenient for shopping, hiking, whatever we needed. The owners were great to work with. Would definitely condsider going there again.

Wonderful Cabin! Great Location!

Enjoyed staying at this cozy cabin on our trip to Gatlinburg. Everything was very clean and well supplied. Location was great - private but close to the parkway. Parking and entry was very easy- only one step to porch. Loved it!!

Bear Pine - 5 stars on everything !

We just returned from a 10 day stay at the Bear Pine cabin in Pigeon Forge. It was awesome. Megan was extremely helpful and communicative throughout our stay. The cabin is great and had everything we needed. The location is convenient to the main strip and to the Ripken baseball fields. My son accidentally left a stuffed animal at the cabin. Megan had the cleaning crew find it and mail it home to us at no charge. Now that’s customer service. We will definitely look to book again with Aroundthebend rentals.

Beautiful cabin

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the Bear Pine cabin. It was in a quiet wooded community, but close to the Parkway. It was kept in pristine condition with every need in mind. We had a wonderful vacation, partly due to our beautiful, relaxing accomodations!

Great experience for our first time visiting Pigeon Forge! Cabin is very nice and clean including all the amenities from home: Close to attractions and main drag for quick access. but far enough away when you need peace and quiet! Megan and Jake are great hosts! 10/10 Would definitely recommend!

Everything was great! Especially the separation of bedrooms on 3 levels—perfect for us. Cul De sac location was quiet & can verify it was safe since I accidentally left my purse in car & the door wide open overnight!! Thrilled that nothing had been touched . Perfect location near main drag but can bypass the busy streets.

Beautiful property and cabin

We absolutely loved this cabin. Amazing for all our family to stay in for baseball down here. Very clean and organized. Super easy to book with. The couple that owns this is the most friendly and sweetest family ever. Highly recommend!

We fell in love with the Smokies! We have spent several years in the area with family, camping, tubing in the Summer, etc. We decided to invest in a property that would allow the space for our family to get together with multiple generations, enjoy being outside, with ready access to the amenities that Pigeon Forge offers (DollyWood/SplashCountry/The Island/etc). We truly love having access to the National Park through Wears Valley as well at Gatlinburg. We hope that you also fall in love with the area and our cabin and come back year after year to create more family memories just as we have.

Propane fireplace is on from October 1st through to March 31st.

We do require that our guests to set up a fully refundable security deposit hold, of $300. Deposit to be processed by hosts on guest’s credit card. (MC, Visa, Discover are all accepted) This is not a charge, and is fully refundable upon your departure.

Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of your stay with receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of your stay with receive a 50% refund.
