Second time staying at this location and it was just as great as the first time. Brian is a responsive host, we had no issues at all and enjoyed our stay!

Great location to multiple restaurants and the bus stop is one block away. We rarely ever drove anywhere. The kids loved the loft. If we come back to Beaver Creek we won't hesitate to rebook.

Wonderful place to stay with family. Location was perfect for driving or taking a bus to the mountain. It had a lovely kids loft in the bunk room which was a huge hit with my kids. The host was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Great communications with Brian. Condo had all the amenities we needed. Super clean. Great location for skiers. Very short walk to the shuttle bus which drops you at the gondola that goes from Avon to Bachelor Gulch at Beaver Creek. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

Very comfortable and convenient stay, great location and plenty of room for family of 5. Kids loved the bunk room/loft and the property was very clean. Would highly recommend!

Great stay!!!

We love everything about the house: location, cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen, confort of beds, washer/dryer, spacious rooms!! Brian was always alert and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure!!

Location in Avon was very convenient. Walkable to many restaurants, shops, major grocery store. Shuttle bus to Beaver Creek was next door at Comfort Inn and runs every 15 minutes. The house was spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The only thing that could be improved was the cleaning service between bookings . There was still some trash from previous people left in the home, and there was soap residue and hair in one of the bathtubs. It was easy to clean up and we were good to go for a fun ski vacation with the family. I would definitely book this house again!

Perfect place!

Loved staying here. Plenty of space for my family if 6, ages 9-19. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Close to bus stop and Beaver creek resort. Would definitely book again and recommend.

Fantastic Property and Host!

We had a terrific time! The home and the host could not have been better. Everything was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. In addition to staying in a beautiful home in a great location, the host was very responsive and kind. We very much appreciated all aspects of this booking. We hope to stay here again very soon!

Perfect place to stay!

My family had the best week in Avon, and so much of that was because of the ease and location of this house. Not only is it just minutes from almost everything we wanted to do, including skiing, but the house itself is so wonderful. Everything is easy, from check in to check out. The home is beautiful, clean, so well thought out, and has everything you could possibly need.

Great Location

Property is in a great locations near the entrance of Beaver Creek and close to all amenities in Avon. Kids loved the loft area in the bunk room. Property manager was proactive with communicating early check in, and answering questions about the area.

Super Clean with Great Layout for Families

This property was perfect for our family! From the endless supply of kids’ dishes—essential for our always-hungry grandsons—to the fun games that kept us entertained for hours, everything was thoughtfully provided. The boys absolutely loved the loft/mini man-cave in their room, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony during the cool mornings and evenings. The location was fantastic too—an easy walk to the park, restaurants, and grocery store. We would definitely book again!

Outstanding

My family loved this property. The host was very easy to communicate with and included every amenity you could ask for as well as being clean, comfortable and a great location. We were all adults, but also is a great set up if you have children. Very spacious and plenty of places to spread out.

Great stay near the slopes!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was well appointed and everything was just as it was advertised! It was a quick walk to the tram/shuttle which was super convenient for going skiing or just walking around Beaver Creek. The owner was super responsive and accommodating with our travel schedules which made our whole trip that much better. I couldn’t recommend it more. The beds were very comfortable and with the layout we had plenty of space for our family to spread out. 5 stars!

Great experience!

We love staying in this immaculate Avon beauty! The home is stunning, inviting, and has everything that we need, and then some! My kids love the room with bunk beds and a loft. This was our third year renting this home and the home is definitely something that they look forward to as part of their experience - including family movie night in the loft! The location is amazing and makes life on and off the mountain a breeze. The owners are communicative, thoughtful, and so wonderful to rent from.

Excellent communication, location and stay!

This was our 1st ski trip (family of 4) and we have never seen snow! The check in was easy, early and simple. The house was well appointed, the garage was much appreciated! The location to Beaver Creek Village could not be beat. We enjoyed the ease of driving, garage, and comfortable stay. The house had everything we needed. Brian was an excellent communicator both before our stay and while on location. We will be back!

Truly a home away from home!

We don't have enough good things to say about this property. Everything in the home is so well thought through and cared for. The kitchen was so well organized and had everything that we needed. The family room was so cozy, and I think I need a rocker like that in my home. Brian was so responsive to our questions. We absolutely LOVED our stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat. It was a great location, so close to lots of yummy restaurants and activities. I'm sure it's equally lovely in the summer time. I highly recommend this property!

Great home and location

We cannot say enough great things about our stay. We had two families of four so the set up was perfect with the bunk room and two masters. Our kids loved playing and watching movies in the loft. Everything was clean and we appreciated the easy check in and Check out process. Even the small things like having Tupperware, toiletries, and a few kitchen condiments made a big difference for us compared to previous rentals. The proximity to Beaver Creek was awesome and it made our ski days a breeze. We also spent time at the Avon rec center one morning and our kids loved the water park. The host was responsive and helpful when we had a question, which was also appreciated! We would stay again at this awesome condo.

Awesome location and so easy to get on the slopes!

This is a wonderful property in a great location! We have been coming to BC for several years now and have stayed in other Vrbos and hotels and this was our absolute favorite! The shuttle is literally a 4 minute walk from the front door, very easy and efficient. The property owner supplies you with bathroom necessities, like shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and in the kitchen you will find salt/pepper, dishwasher pods, coffee filters - I know that may sound silly to mention but we have stayed in other places where there were NO essentials - gets a bit expensive and wasteful because you never use it all unless you are staying for several weeks. The town home was clean and nicely decorated. The location is really close to restaurants, the grocery store and ski rental shops. Highly recommend for families, plenty of space. Loved it!!

PERFECT space

We stayed here for four weeks during the summer with our 6, 4, and 2 year old, and various guests who came to visit as well. We had the absolutely best time and my kids are still talking about how much they miss the mountain house. The house is set up with family in mind…bunk beds, games, legos, kids plates, etc. The only concern for us was the ladder to the “lair” for my 2 year old but they have a baby gate and we just added a bungee cord to make it toddler proof. Wonderful location, walkable to the park, beach, rec center and town. Hosts were also great, very quick with responses and super helpful. This is their second home, and the pride and care they take in it is obvious. This is what a VRBO Experience should be like. Thank you for the perfect space to make family memories (and a place to ride out the Houston hurricane/power outrages!). We hope to come back again :)

First group to stay in this VRBO Rental!

My family always celebrates 4th of July in Vail. We are always discerning when looking for places to call "home" while we celebrate our tradition. We came across this property and immediately knew it was the best option for us. We were honored to be the first guests in this home. The instructions from the owner were very detailed and made the ease of accessing the property very high. Upon arriving at the property, everything was pristine. Clean, organized down to the printed labels on every drawer/cabinet, everything works, inviting lighting, homely decor, and had anything that could be needed by a guest of the home. Just bring your food, clothing, and entertainment! The location is amazing as its walking distance to Nottingham Park, Benchmark Lake, and central Avon. Also, not a far drive to the Lacrosse fields in west Vail for the Vail Lacrosse Shootout. While it was perfect for just my father, my sister and I; this location would be amazing for a family too. The bunk room is incredible! Love all the Americana tastefully placed about the condo. In closing, we couldn't be happier with our stay. The Winterlings were amazing hosts/owners; great family people. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

We had a great stay in this condo. We entertained friends and family during our stay, and it was a perfect fit for our needs. Brian was very easy to work with and very attentive.The location is great for accessing all the things to do in Avon, and a quick hop to Beaver Creek Village, Vail, and Lionshead,The park and lake across the street has events and/or music a couple of times a week. The rec center and library are also within easy walking distance.Condo has 2 spacious king masters, and a great bunk room for the kiddos.We hope to stay again next year if we return. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here!

Great space!

This space was perfect for our stay. Great outdoor areas nearby, plenty of space in the house, easy to get to and from the interstate. Everything was just as listed/pictured! We would definitely book again!
