One of the best Vrbo that we have ever had !!!

Loved this property and it was everything that was described in the listing. We enjoyed two weeks over Christmas and hopefully we will be able to return again in the future.

Fabulous house

This house has everything you need for a great vacation. The location is perfect, the pool is amazing, super clean, and the kitchen is really well stocked. Communication with the host was smooth and easy.

Relaxing Stay

This is our third time at this property. Very comfortable and relaxing. Description is accurate! Caroline, the property manager continues to be responsive and helpful! Looking forward to our next stay!

Great space

The house was beautiful. Clean, spacious, and well socked. The pool was amazing, and the backyard was great for our dog!! Caroline was very prompt with responses to our questions. The neighbors were also very friendly and kind. It was a safe neighborhood also.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We stayed at this property for a few weeks in December 2024 and there is nothing to disappoint here. Property has everything you would need for an extended stay and the neighborhood is wonderful! Close to Englewood, Port Charlotte and North Port with many different beaches to choose from. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Outdoor area with pool is very nice and is a great place to have your morning coffee or eat meals. A big thanks to our host Caroline for being a very attentive host and for her quick response time with any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

GREAT STAY @ White Marsh

This property is like a brand new home. Fantastic salt water pool, dog friendly home w/ fenced yard. Furniture is like new, flooring looks great & easy to keep clean w/ dog & family. Kitchen was large, well equipped & open to FMR w/ oversized flat screen TV. Close to beaches like Boca Grande, Englewood, Palm Island. The property mgr / owner were very responsive to any questions that we had. For someone who typically has very high standards when renting I was impressed w/ this rental & would definitely recommend.

Home away from home!

We loved our stay in Rotonda West! Amenities were better than described (there were beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels!) and the home was beautiful and well-maintained. It was very clean and well-furnished and the location was outstanding! A great neighborhood for walking, running, biking, golf and even a park and playground. Within a 20 min drive to great beaches (Englewood and Boca Grande) and anything you could need (Port Charlotte and North Port). Venice Beach and the Punta Gorda airport were only a 40 min drive away. Communication with Caroline, the property manager, was fast and easy, as was the check-in and check-out process. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more and would definitely book this home again!

Well kept property, very clean and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for the family and dog friendly with a good sized fenced yard. Close to grocery stores and beaches with some great local food(try Key West subs or Dubz BBQ). Be sure to look for sharks teeth at the beach and cool off and relax in the pool. Stop searching and book this house now!

We had a lovely stay at this Rotunda property! Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Pool and backyard provided play space as well as being quite close to several beaches. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Rental

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it does not disappoint! The online listing is very accurate. Property manager is awesome! The only disappointment for us is that we are coming back in March and this property will not available. ☹️

Great Stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The home was clean and looked exactly as the pictures depicted. We love the Rotonda West area and this home did not disappoint! We will be sure to book next time if available!

Exactly what we needed

Great stay thoughly enjoyed the pool. The home was better than the listing, the neighbourhood was wonderful, great for walking, dog friendly and overall a great experience. We will definitely be back

Great vacation home for long term Florida stay

Communications with owner were timely and efficient. Well appointed house with heated pool. Comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. Convenient to shopping and Boca Grande.
