We have had a wonderful 3 week stay at this property- it was like a home from home. The property was clean and had everything we needed and more. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy and checking in was a breeze after a very long travel day from the UK. The area holds a special place in my families heart, as we have been coming since the 80s- more special memories were created this time. We look forward to coming back!

This home is one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at! We loved every minute of our stay here. The house is so clean and well stocked, with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like home right away. We slept so well the entire trip because the bed and pillows are super comfy! Every day was a pool day. Great area! So close to the beaches and great restaurants. The owners are kind and thoughtful with excellent communication. We were very sad to leave. We will definitely come back! Thank you Sheilagh & Frank!

Great Stay

This property was just what we were looking for for our Florida vacation! The house was clean and was such a cute beach themed home. The owner allowed us to check in early, which was very much appreciated since we drove many hours to get to the location. The owners communicated quickly with us and responded to all our messages. It was a great stay and we hope to return soon!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

My husband and I have been renting out our property through VRBO for over 12 years. In that time we have welcomed many guests to our home, of which many have been repeat guests. Our home is conveniently located for easy access in and out of Rotonda. And if you are like me and forget an item at the grocery store, we have Winn- Dixie at the end of Sunnybrook.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

As I traveled extensively for work for many years I have learnt what I would want in a good vacation property and have incorporated that into our home. We as owners are constantly updating our home. In the last two years we have replaced the air conditioner, a new roof, all new pool equipment on the outside of the house. Inside the house a new fridge, all new living room furniture, new mattresses. Also pillows and mattress pads on the beds are replaced every year. All mattresses are enclosed in bug protection bags. Everything in our home is there for your use. Including spices, coffee filters, sugar, a selection of tea’s flour, salt and pepper, garbage bags, foil wrap, shampoo and conditioner, soap, dish soap, dishwasher pucks, tide pods ,fabric sheets. We also leave a few rolls in each bathroom of toilet paper so you don’t need to rush out the next day.
