Girls trip 2024

We really enjoyed this condo and the location. We will definitely be back. The only issue was the staff was rude but that isn’t the owner’s fault. The owner was very polite and helpful.

Great Stay

This is a great place to stay, especially if you have a big family or wanting to travel with a group of friends. The beach was a little bit farther than I would have liked; but, overall, it was a great place and nothing was too far to walk to. Thank you for letting us stay and we look forward to visiting again.

Nice place

The condo is very nice. Plenty of room for a large family. I was surprised to have to pay $120 for the parking pass and wrist bands as there was no mention of cost for them in the listing. The wrist bands and elevators were a pain. There are not enough elevators for the size of the building. Stephen was responsive and took care of an issue we had right away.

Clean, Family Friendly

The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything you need for a vacation. The beach was very crowded during our stay, but we drove to St Andrew’s Park several days and it was a much more family oriented beach.

Weekend Stay

The condo was roomier than expected. It was great that it was on the 1st floor. We didn't have to fight the elevator as much. No complaints.

Really nice condo

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of broom for us to spread out without feeling cramped. Overall condo was clean and ready for our arrival. If I had to identify any negatives they would be the following: Laketown Wharf is a difficult facility to navigate. It was a little frustrating finding the unit, as well as finding elevators. The associate who checked us in was unable to offer guidance to the unit or tell us in which deck to park. In terms of the unit, very minor issues nothing that really affected our overall stay: No WI-FI, after the initial shock kids were fine. Not enough paper towels or toilet tissue. Outside balcony could use some dusting cobwebs on outside lamp. As I stated previously very very minor nothing that would affect us staying there again.

Put my mind at ease

I absolutely loved this condo. I have quite a bit of anxiety about staying away from home because of bad experiences with bugs in hotels. This place and Stephen, put my mind at ease as soon as I walked in. The condo was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, and cookware. The only thing we were short in was Tupperware, we got our own and we were good to go. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels. The biggest concern we had was the walk from the parking garage to the condo. We had a handicapped family member but were able able to park by the condo in a closer parking lot because we had a handicap placard. The building is huge and even in off season there was quite a great deal of foot traffic. We didn’t hear anything while inside the condo unless we had the patio doors open. It was perfect! Stephen was very prompt and kind with his responses to any questions or concerns. I will be staying here again if I ever come back to Panama City Beach.

Laketown Wharf Resort, Rm 112

Overall experience was great! My family and I had a wonderful time. Stephen Adams was our host and was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Whenever we had a questions, he responded quickly. Very easy to get in touch with. Beautiful condo/rooms. Location is great. Would highly recommend!!!

Spacious and Nice

Condo was very spacious, kitchen was very nice, master bathroom was huge. Very nice condo. Owners were very quick to answer questions before and during our stay.

Girls trip

The condo is huge! Great view of the lake and beach just across the street. Private access to the beach is to the side of Pineapple Willy’s. Owner responded quickly whenever we had questions!
