The location was perfect, beach access was so easy, and with kids that made SUCH a difference. The place was really comfortable and family-friendly, and everything just felt easy from start to finish. Yaya was amazing, the best host! super kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with anytime we needed anything. We were honestly sad to leave and are already talking about coming back. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone, especially families. Such a great trip and such a great place to stay!

We absolutely love staying at Yaya’s place. The views are truly amazing, and the property amenities are great — even though the elevator wait times and speed can be challenging, everything else more than makes up for it.Yaya is an incredible host who shares so many fantastic restaurant recommendations and local places to explore. Her tips always make our trips even better. We’ve been coming back for several years, and every visit reminds us why. We can’t wait for the next one.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I call it the million dollar view without the price tag. I love the amenities onsite too. Being a large property comes with lot’s of amenities. I heard they will have the part to the one knuckle elevator by the end of the week which will help tremendously. As you know my tips and tricks change some each year as things change. I also explore each time I’m onsite. I can’t wait to hear from you again and I’m always here for you. Sea you soon! Oceans of love, Yaya

Yaya is the best host I have ever delt with in my many years of traveling. My husband has terminal cancer and Yaya made sure I new all the easiest ways to make sure my husband didn't have to walk far. She even sent me a picture and told me where the handicap parking was. The room was so clean and the view from the balcony was breath taken. We will never stay anywhere else now that we experienced Yaya condo.

This vacation is just what my husband and I needed. Yaya was so accommodating, helpful and all around a great host. The condo was breath taking and even better in person. Yaya was very helpful with sharing her knowledge of PCB and ways around the property. I would recommend this condo for a couple get away or a family vacation as it is so spacious. The balcony view was relaxing and somewhere we liked to sit and eat in the morning. Opening the curtains set the whole mood for the day as it gave in so much natural light and seeing the ocean every morning I don’t know who would ask for more. 10/10 would go back again.

This has been our absolute new favorite condo to stay at in Panama City Beach. The resort has endless amenities, including times of dining options on site. We had so much fun coming during my kids' fall break and having a Halloween pool party by the pool. The milkshake bar was a fun stop for us one night along with the arcade on site. Yaya was an amazing host and her condo had everything that we needed and more! We plan to come back every year!
