Yaya’s home away from home was everything I had dreamed of and more. Spacious beautifully decorated and had everything you could want or need!! The small touches didn’t go unnoticed Yaya was a gracious host that stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well, such a sweet lady! Being a solo traveler and a woman I could not have felt safer The Lakefront Wharf is well taken care of with helpful friendly staff if you had questions. Not having a car it was nice having so many fun options within walking distance! The on-site restaurants and gifts shops were amazing. The view is absolutely gorgeous on the huge balcony it definitely turned out to be my favorite place for my morning coffee and wine in the evening to wind down and watch the breathtaking sunsets!! The white sandy beaches with the emerald ocean water is a view I will be missing and can’t wait to get back to.So hopefully I will be back next year!! I would recommend Yaya’s home to everyone you will not be disappointed I promise!Thank you Yaya for everything

Great location and view

Our trip was a little different than some. We were here to adopt are granddaughter who was scheduled for delivery the week we were there. We still wanted the beach but to also be close to the hospital. The condo was a great layout for the four adults and a two year old. We cooked in most of the time and Yaya had plenty of dishes and pots and pans which was so helpful. They also had a pack and play. Yaya was very responsive and kind. We had a few issues that were handled in a timely manor. Yaya was quick to respond to any questions or suggestions. The views are wonderful. We enjoyed having coffee on the patio everyday. We even happen to be there during the iron man competition which went right in front of us. We went in November which seems to be the time to drain and fix the pools. Sadly the kiddie pool was one of them. There was one pool that was heated that we enjoyed with the two year old so it wasn’t a total loss. It was walking distance to Walmart which was so helpful and a walk across the road to the beach which was lovely. We had a great week at Yaya’s beach house and it will always be extra special because of the memories of our new granddaughter.

Perfect Getaway

Yaya’s place was a fantastic place to stay! Comfortable bedding, best sheets and best towels we’ve had at any VRBO condo! This was our first time not staying right on the beach, and being across the street. Yaya has the condo equipped with a wagon that made transporting our beach essentials to the private access walkway to the beach! Will definitely be back!

Yayas Beach Home

Yaya is the absolute best! My boyfriend, myself, 3 friends and 2 kids stayed here and we felt like we were home. Yaya has ABSOLUTELY everything you could possibly need in the kitchen (even kid plates and cups). We are already in the process of picking out dates for our next beach trip at Yay’s home away from home.

Clean Room. Everything you need to stay for beach.

Room had beach chairs & wagon for beach. Clean. Plenty of towels & wash clothes. Host checked in with us several times make sure everything was good. Beds sleep great. Beautiful view of ocean. Very clean. Would come back. Can’t say enough about how nice everything was.

The condo was very clean and the owner was more than accommodating to us. She was very helpful with letting us know where to go and what to do around the area. We would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend booking your stay with Yaya. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Wonderful!

We loved not just the condo itself but the entire property. Views were amazing, many different shops and restaurants right there at Laketown wharf. My kids loved the pools and spent lots of time there. Just a short walk to Walmart, very convenient! The condo was so nice. Everything we needed was there. Yaya stayed in touch with us the entire trip and was very informative and helpful! We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful home away from home

Beautiful condo - amazing views of ocean while enjoying coffee in morning or sunsets in evening. Fully stocked kitchen utensils and pots/pans. Yaya is amazing with communication and providing recommendations for our stay. LOVED Schooners! Mahi tacos were incredible. Will be back again! Thank you!

Great Property, Great Host

My family stayed at Yaya’s condo while our daughter was participating in a weeklong softball tournament, and her place was the perfect retreat and break from the daily grind. The unit was very comfortable and accommodating, also the view from the balcony is priceless. The elevators can require some patience but once you figure them out they aren’t bad. We enjoyed the pools, beach, and some of the local offerings and if we are ever back in PCB will look to stay here again.

Girls Trip

Went on a hotel trip for a couple days. Host was extremely communicative and bent over backwards to make sure we had all info we needs for the area, let me know the cleaners were done early so I got to check in a couple hours early, texted a few times to make sure the stay and place were great…everything you want in a host! The place was clean and has a great view. they are also thoughtful about the supplies they give you for the beach.

Yaya’s Beautiful Place

We arrived late at night to a packed busy city, bustling with noise, people and attractions, not knowing exactly what to expect on our first family summer vacation in FL. We were grateful to enter Yaya’s place and feel immediately surrounded by the efficient AC and peaceful atmosphere. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured in the Vrbo site. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils etc. All the beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows, so we all slept very well. We didn’t do much on our first day, but showered (nice bathrooms & towels btw!), and relaxed by the pool! The best part of our vacation was waking up everyday to a gorgeous view of the beach - Just a blessing to be able to enjoy God’s creation with a cup o’ Joe from Yaya’s balcony! As for the hostess - Yaya was on top of things: Whatever question we had, she would immediately reply. She provided us a list of family activities, with places to eat and fun things to do - always so kind and helpful. We are grateful for finding her place and having her as our hostess! Definitely would consider coming back off season to check this place out… but Yaya might be back to enjoy her beautiful place herself!

Great Location

My family and I have made PCB a regular vacation spot. LakeTown Wharf has by far been our favorite location. Excellent location, Awesome food on property. Beach access is super easy to get to. Our only complaint / frustration is the elevators. It was normal to wait 20-30 minutes for the elevators no matter which ones you choose to use.

Girls trip

The condo is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. Exactly as described. We have loved every minute of our stay. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Yaya was the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Answered questions and had excellent communication throughout our trip and before. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay with great location. Thankful for all the extras like the beach wagon already at the condo. We will be back!!

Senior Trip

I took my daughter to Florida for her Senior trip with her best friend and one of my friends. We had a great stay and Yaya was very informing and was always checking in. We will definitely stay again if we ever get back down that way!

Beautiful condo

This condo is beautiful and very well kept. The kitchen was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. Having the wagon and cooler provided made beach excursions much easier. Be aware that this condo complex is huge. Pools were very crowded and the elevators were packed. Allowing extra time to get around the complex and parking garage was necessary.

Outstanding communication and quick response. We had a health issue with one of my friends and had to cancel and Yaya worked with me to help me get rebooked. Can’t wait to get there and stay in her beautiful place. Extremely friendly and helpful!!

Family of 6 had a great spring break!

Yaya was the best host! She is sweet and cares about her guests. Communication was easy. Her unit is clean, cute and comfortable; huge balcony. Beach view is perfect and it was also nice to see the street/retail area too. Beach access was easy at Pineapple Willy’s. If you don’t like the spring break “party” scene (which congregates around Willy’s) there’s another beach access toward the left of the unit (when facing the gulf) that was a quick and easy walk down the road - public access #34. That beach area was less busy and had more room to spread out. Basically, you have the best of both worlds that are easily accessible! Yaya has beach chairs and a wagon to use. We did not see beach toys for our 6 year old, so we did buy a few and left them for the next guests. Elevators: Prior to coming I read all sorts of horrible issues with elevators. Happily, we did not have any problems at all. We had to wait maybe 8 minutes once, but it was usually 5 min or less, and many times the elevator shot us up/down without stopping at all. Check in was easy, we arrived on a Monday evening and there was no wait. Wristbands are not a big deal. Just don’t lose them. Show them your broken band, they give you a new one, no charge. We felt comfortable letting our 16 & 17 yr old boys walk the resort and general area alone for some freedom. Finn’s St. Andrew’s location was a unique “dive” taco place - so good! Juan Taco was also great (on site). The Sea Screamer was an awesome experience!

Fabulous host

We felt very comfortable in this condo. The beds, linens, and household supplies were very nice! We had everything we needed to prepare food…even a crock pot! We had the best experience ever with our wonderful host YaYa! Communication was quick, informational, warm, and kind. We felt very blessed to stay here and hope to return our visit! Palm Tree Christmas

Yaya’s condo was a perfect setup for our family of 4 adults. Plenty of seating in the great room and on the deep-set balcony. Comfortable beds. The decor was exceptional and the view was nice. The kitchen had the best assortment of pots/pans, utensils, baking dishes and measuring cups, etc we have experienced in a rental. So many nice details to make your stay a pleasant one. We enjoyed using the complex’s Pickleball court but be sure to bring your own paddles and balls. And the complex doesn’t keep the court swept or supply a nearby broom. The location was good for getting around the area. The beach was a short walk away. I would add for future renters that the available grills are charcoal grills, not gas grills. We had a contract issue upfront that caused some stress but Yaya was responsive and worked with VRBO to resolve it in the best possible way.

I love our condo building as it provides more amenities than any other condo on Panama City Beach. We are five pools, two hot tubs, a two story gym, pickle ball courts and a fabulous Lake to walk around on the boardwalk. We have onsite coffee shop, pizza, candy /Icecream store and the Famous all you can eat buffet that many come from all over the island to dine. Not to mention a few other restaurants, a pool bar, hair saloon etc. You can fly in and not leave the complex except to walk acress the street and have your toes in the sand. Our area caters to families and have many places near that you are able to walk to. We are near a small zoo ( Zoo World) putt putt, Ripley’s and go karts. We are not far from St Andrew’s state park.

I also like to dine out and we sure have a lot of options on-site or across the street. My private balcony is one of the largest in Panama City beach. We have a table for four, two nice chairs and a sofa on our patio! The wall windows are the length of our patio from the master bedroom to the living, dining and kitchen area. I absolutely love the bedrooms are separated with such privacy. Checkout my video and please make a note I have changed the patio furniture.
