Very nice place, the host was very quick with responses. The AC had messed up and they had someone in asap to fix it.

Condo was great !! There were a few things that could use an upgrade but it definitely didn’t stop us from loving the property !! The owner was amazing !

My family and I had a great stay here. We love the splash resort, there’s something for everyone to do. Everything was clean and worked as it should. The only thing we didn’t like about was that the balcony wasn’t that big.

The room was perfect for our large family. Very clean. The large dining table was perfect for family games and dinners! The only criticism is the mattress on the bottom bunk had seen better days and the couch bed had a weird lean to it. The host was super fast in communication and letting us know how everything worked. I would definitely recommend this condo and would gladly stay here again!

The splash pad and overall experience at the resort is WONDERFUL for kids. Hard to find another place that compares in that aspect.

Overall not bad, hot water only lasted about 7 minutes before getting to cold, and there were quite a lot of stains on furniture/pillow cases.

Thank you for your feedback. If you had informed us about the pillowcases and hot water, we would have taken care of it. A 3 star for minor things that were easily fixable!!! We gave you early check-in.

Wonderful stay,great location and parking, lot's of room in the condo to spread out, nice swimming areas and beach would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great! Beautiful condo!! Only one complain is in the master suite one I would recommend curtains in addition to the blinds. So bright in the morning.

Very clean and cozy. My family had a blast. We had more than enough room for 11 people. We will definitely be back. Parking, check in and elevators were all great.

Enjoyed

Overall everything was great. I was not pleased with a bug on the wall. There was a water outage for a few hours but i understand this was out of their control. Only one elevator was working and we stayed on the 20th floor.

The best Condo we have stayed at!!

This was the best place we have stayed in Panama City Beach yet!! Amazing views 2 balconies. Air conditioning worked great. Very roomy well stocked kitchen all utensils pans baking dishes, several sets dishes and glassware. Even supplied grilling utensils. Very clean, handy to have washer/dryer set. The only negative I can say is the bunk beds and hide-a-bed couch mattresses too thin and feel the springs/ support bars. Probably ok for littles but not teens. ( we padded with blow up camping mats. I brought because I noted that in another place we stayed so recommend mattress topper or something) other than that 9.5 star rating!! Great location shopping, restaurant, snack bar delicious. Owner communication was quick and accommodating!! Thank you

The appliances didn’t work very well. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes, halfway through our stay a new dishwasher was placed. Oven was missing the front piece when we checked in. Someone came to fix it but asked us where it was as if we had a clue since it wasn’t there upon our arrival. Sheets had sand in them, floors and furniture still had sand everywhere when we checked in.

Beautiful splash condo

The pictures are very accurate for the condo. It is very nice, but we had a lot of issues first of all when we checked in and we got to our condo. We were informed that they were working on Internet they would be switching to a different Internet provider and we would not have Wi-Fi for a while and apparently they did not let the owners of the condo know this information because they had no idea which is an inconvenience for us to have to try to track down someone to give us the new Wi-Fi information. Also, the bathrooms had mold on the shower curtain as well as the master bathroom had mold on the bottom of the shower door and also there is mold on the ceiling. We got sick the second day we were there due to the mold coming through the air vent. The condo needs a lot of updates. Things are broken. The dishwasher doesn’t work correctly. The washer does not work correctly. We had to wash dishes four times before they come clean, my kids did not want to take a shower in the guest bathroom because of the mold on the shower curtain. all in all the condo is nice, but it needs a lot of work. It needs a good deep cleaning and mold removal updated pots and pans as the ones that were there to use were very stained and we could not use some of them because they were so burnt on the inside of the pan. ..

Host was wonderful with communication when messaged. I will preface this with I did not tell the host during our stay due to 9 people having to secure their belongs for people to come in was not ideal... especially 4 kids. The hotel, pool, and room could all been cleaner. The hotel looked really worn down in places. The pools were murky and band-aids floating around. There were maybe 5 donut floats for lazy river. The splash zone water was beyond cold and adults were fussed at for playing in there with our youngest. (There weren't any other kids in there just us and our kid) our room had mold/mildew in bathrooms, washer, and in a bedroom. Sheets were not clean. The fold down bed was broken so we had to just use mattress on the floor. The beds on the bunk beds were terrible. Our daughters said they could feel every single spring (they weren't lying) Both doors in the main master didn't work correctly to go out on balcony. The other balcony had a bright strobe light type thing that we assumed were to help deter birds. But due to health related issues, a few of our family member could not go out die to the strobe effect. The kids room with bunk beds none of the receptacles works. There were a few other receptacles throughout condo that didn't work either. The trash chute is right beside the condo door and the smell was horrendous and you could smell in the room. The freezer door never fully closed. I did talk with host after left but we would not have been able to get out.

We’re disappointed to see a 2-star review after you spent nine nights in the condo and even requested an additional night at full rate. During your stay we received no reports of the issues you list—only your request to extend. Had you contacted us, we could have resolved the unit-specific items immediately: Housekeeping would have re-cleaned and replaced any linens on the spot. -The drop-down bed, bunk guidance (≤ 6 in. mattress), and balcony door adjustments could have been fixed the same day. -The balcony deterrent light is required by the HOA for wildlife protection; a wall switch allows guests to turn it off when not in use—again, we could have pointed this out had you asked. -Resort-level matters such as common-area maintenance and pool conditions are managed by building staff, but we escalate those promptly when guests alert us. This condo has consistently earned good to great reviews; your feedback is the first rating below that standard. We strive for transparency and quick solutions, and we can only deliver them when concerns are raised in real time—not after checkout. Thank you for your stay and for highlighting areas we can monitor more closely.

Great location. Lots of kids. Nice place with balcony. We had nine people in our group. One small pool for all of resort so plan accordingly. Beach is awesome. We had double red flags due to undertow. The 4 th bedroom is only a very small space with a double bed bunk bed. Would not classify as a room, more of a study with bunk beds placed inside The third bedroom has no closet. All essentials will need to be purchased if you stay more than a few days. (Toilet paper soap laundry soap etc). No beach towels so bring or buy. Shopping across the street at Alvin’s.
