The property is also minutes away from London Bridge, and there is full garage access!

My stay was excellent, the host was very kind and helpful with any questions that we had. And the house was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a place to relax and enjoy your get away!

The pool was the star of the show for our group! The weather was insane and the pool was too warm for our taste (given the extreme heat wave that came through and made it 113 degrees every day of our stay) but it was still wonderful! My niece had the time of her life having access to the pool the whole time! And while the weather did prevent us from spending much time at the lake, we were so grateful to have the pool! And getting to have our fur babies with us and feel like they were welcome was icing on the cake! The host was quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had and check-in/out were smooth and wonderful.

The house was comfortable and perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. The house was convienient to where we launch our boat, and it had a gated side yard were we could secure the boater at night. The kitchen was spacious for preparing meals, and the pool provided a refreshing place to chill of and refresh after a day on the lake.

This was a great property for my husband,myself and our two pups. It is nice and roomy. Well stocked with supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms. It's also very close to the London Bridge area but in a nice and quiet residential location. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay in Havasu

Really enjoyed staying at this home! Nice open layout and large backyard for the dogs. Plenty of dishes and supplies to cook at home when we wanted. Great place to stay when visiting Lake Havasu!

Great place to stay with the family

This place was amazing!! The pool in the back was great for the kids to play on after a day on the lake. The backyard had lots of seating and was comfortable to relax back there. The rooms had comfortable beds and the house was clean and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Great stay

Great property with plenty of room, even for our off road toys. Enjoyed our stay and made a nice Christmas getaway with the family. House is nicely located between the lake and trails, which allowed us both time on the lake and time off roading. Property manager respoded quickly when we needed the temperature adjusted. Overall great stay!

Awesome place

First time to Lake Havasu, the house was excellent clean everything was stocked. The pool was great very quiet neighbourhood if you love Pickleball, your five minutes from the courts 10 minutes from Walmart and driving distance to everything could not have asked for a better place or better people to rent from thanks, a definite 10 out of 10

Nice house!

Nice neighborhood; loved use of garage. Bedding and living room furniture could be updated. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Great stay at Havasu

Kristen was very responsive thru the rental process as well as during the stay. She accommodated every request we asked for. The house and pool were clean and just as expected based on the pictures and description. I wish that the BBQ grill was a bit better though.

The house was very clean and had towels laid out. The pool was clean and refreshing, it has rocks for a waterfall but we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. I did send a message to the host and she got back to me quickly. The host always responded to our questions within minutes. Layout of the house is a bit different but very accommodating. There’s plenty of space for parking. There is a tiki bar but we never opened it up or used it. Maybe if we were staying longer.I would stay here again!!! I guess the only thing I would suggest would be maybe more blankets. Some people were colder than others. But other than that 1 out of 10, I would still rate it a 10

What a beautiful place to spend our week-long vacation. Such a functional and fun lake house, access to the garage and side parking for our boat was great. Perfect home for traveling with little ones and pets. This host is so easy to work with, communication is fast and transparent. Thanks again for opening your home to us ☀️

Peaceful Property

We throughly enjoyed our stay, and luckily the weather cooperated with us. We were also grateful to be able to include our dog. The only disappointment was broken pool heater, which wouldn’t be an issue come the summer heat. It is a welcoming, comfortable home.
