Our stay was excellent from beginning to end. The property was exactly as describe clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Communication was clear and smooth throughout the entire process. The home had everything we needed and made our trip stress-free.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and well managed place.

Needed an extended stay for work purposes and this place was perfect for all of our needs. It was a place we could make our meals, clean our clothes, relax, and rest for the next day of work. The host was very involved with our stay and was able to extend our stay when we needed. Thank you!

My family has been staying here since August while our new home is being built, and our stay has been phenomenal. We ended up needing to extend our stay, and I was so grateful that James was able to work with us and make the process so easy.The home is absolutely immaculate and incredibly well cared for. James also stocked the house with plenty of essentials to help us get started, which we appreciated more than he probably realizes, especially since most of our belongings are packed away and all over the place right now!The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, while still being incredibly convenient. Having a grocery store and Starbucks within walking distance has been such a nice bonus, especially during an extended stay.We’ve truly felt at home here during this transition, and I can’t say enough about how positive our experience has been. We’re so thankful to James for his hospitality and would absolutely recommend his home to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay.

Great house, location and tenant!

We were renting the house for a crew on a local construction project for months at a time and our crew was greeted with a lovely house, great accommodations, and an overall nice experience. Our crew had been very pleased with their stay and if ever given the opportunity to utilize the location again, we would!

House rental

Very nice house located in nice quiet neighborhood. Convenient to almost everything. House is very well maintained, and Property manager is quite helpful.

Arno was a fantastic renter. He and his wife were amazing and treated our home with care. It was a blessing to have had them and would not hesitate to rent to them again.
