Amazing View - great hosts

We had a great time, the hosts were accommodating and took great care of us. The view of the back deck is amazing.

Overall a great property. Hot tub wasn’t working at the time but overall a great view and close to everything.

Wonderful home away from home

Stayed for 3 weeks. Had a great time sitting in the hot tub overlooking Reno. Close to everything. Will definitely stay again!

Great Stay!

The host was very helpful and communicative. The house was great. The view of the city from the hot tub at night was amazing! We loved our stay and would book here again.

Excellent house and experience!

This place was a hidden gem! The 2 storys, deck, and patio area provided plenty of space for 14 guests! All amenities here were excellent and in good condition. Had a great stay here with friends.

World definitely book again.

This place was fantastic. The space, the cleanliness, amenities and views. It has it al! Great place for a family trip, friends get away, you name it. The location is great as well quick drive or Uber into town. Owners are attentive and run a great home.

Engagement - family celebration

We had a fabulous stay, the house was so accommodating for our family (2 months- 87 years old ) to celebrate our son’s engagement. We were pleasantly surprised with a concert that took place at a park nearby, as we could enjoy the music from the patio. Will definitely book again when visiting Reno !

Updated home in a beautiful location

Visiting family in Reno and needed a large place. 4 kids loved the bunk room. Crib available for infant. Other bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Newly updated and clean. The view is absolutely amazing with easy access to hiking trails (unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the trails this time). Easy access to downtown Reno and airport. Very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again!

Safe peaceful neighborhood

Had lots of issues with house maintenance Not kept up to normal standards, especially the hot tub, gross It is not child friendly, outdoors is not safe as the edge has a drop into a ravine, but it is a park The downstairs has a very nice apartment but you must bring a gate as stairs sit in the middle of the home Felt safe & a quiet neighborhood, very peaceful

Location was excellent - just north of U. of Nevada Reno and overlooking Rancho San Rafael Regional Park with excellent view of the mountains to the west of Reno. Evans Canyon Trailhead and Rancho San Rafael Nature Trail are very close as is a disc golf course. Plenty of room with three bedrooms (one with four bunk beds) upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. The only issue was a noisy furnace for those light sleepers in the downstairs bedroom. Room to park in the garage if ping pong table is moved to one end. Nice deck on south side that is isolated from neighbors.
