Check in was great I love the location Furniture needs cleaning and the beds can be upgraded as well as the linen on the beds overall the house is nice roomy and clean host was responsive and we enjoyed our stay

Great location, layout worked really well for our group. As some other reviewers have noted, the linens could use some refresh as well as the dryer could use a tune-up/replacement. There were some areas that could use a deep clean, but overall good value for the price paid and location. Lastly, this is not a reflection of the property itself, but numerous times the gate had a long backup to get in (like 10-15 cars a handful of times). This seemed to be a mix of the system in place as well as the people in the vehicles - you are supposed to have an app and scan in, but sometimes the guards would just ask for address or to see the screen in app so the consistency of expectations was unpredictable.

Great Stay!

My family stayed at this Storey Lake townhome in June and it was perfect for our family. The property was clean upon arrival and everything was working well. The property manager was very prompt with my questions and the Storey Lake area is such a great place for families to stay! I highly recommend this property - it's spacious, clean, and close to all the Orlando fun!

Great stay and easy booking

We have stayed in story lake for hr past 5 years for summit cheer comp at ESPN. Rhe neighborhood is in an excellent location with easy access to the parks and other activities. This day was easy with prompt responses and great communications prior to arrival.

Weekend Getaway

This location was great for our two families to relax and the kids enjoyed the pool! We were in town for a cheer competition and the location was easy and convenient. The pool at the house is small but they still had fun We did not make it to the resort pool I would definitely stay here again

Was a great place to stay.

We stayed with a total of 11 family members for 7 days and 8 nights. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. The pots, pans, and cooking utensils were clean, but could use replacing, as other guest have damaged them. The place was very clean and

Very nice accommodation in a good neighbourhood close to shopping centre. Big and very neat house. And communication was seamless. I highly recommend If you plan to cook bring your own big pot.

Overall everything was good. Site pool was awesome, 5 min drive away. Just a couple of things; there were not many towels, one each, and they were tiny. Could do with a couple of fold away loungers as two was not enough.

-Downstairs bathroom runs after flushing-Stains on couch and dining room chairs-cooking utensils and pans needs replacing-upstairs hallway vent needs cleaning badly-upstairs single bathroom light flickers and toilet paper holder is loose.-kids bunkbed is very loose and shakes-towels and bath rugs are dingy and needs replacing -pillows in bedroom are flat and worn out-kitchen stopper needs to replacing-there were quite a few nets inside of the pool.Overall, it’s a really nice place to stay. It just needs a few minor updates.

Nice Property

House was very nice and looked exactly like the pictures. Everything looked clean and felt clean. A few issues with worms or caterpillars inside and outside the building. When we got to the street the entire street was flooded at least 3/4 of the way up the tires. I would recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved it

The house house brand new and was very clean. Also the property manager was easy to contact and the response was fast. The location was perfect very close to all the attractions.

Very poor customer service!

The town home was new and nice. The issues began when we arrived to only have 8 towels for a 14 person rental. 2 days later we got more towels. Another big issue was with the dryer. For a very small load, it took 6 hours to get the clothes dry. After calling every day for 5 days, multiple trips to a laundromat to dry clothes, a tech was sent out. He did what we did, make sure the vent was not clogged and said he said it was up in the other part of the dryer system and that was not his job. I am most disappointed in the lack of customer service. I have asked to speak to a manager for over 2 weeks now and have yet to receive a call back. I have called multiple times and this has been the only communication with them. We also were very disappointed in the amount of construction that was going on and that it was not communicated on the site about it. Homes being built right in front of the rental.

My Stay.

Host could have mentioned that the property was around construction. Although the property was great every day we were woken up to banging from the builders, also the construction site is a eyesore trash & supplies everywhere. Also the dryer does not dry we had to dry our clothes several times before it would dry. Water heater needs to be turned up as well, water gets cold after 2 showers. Directions/info to the amnetities should be listed, the host never answered us when we asked.
