You will have the house all to yourself. Check-in is done via smart code. We will even pre-register you with the resort so you will also have a gate access code so you do not have to wait in line into the Storey Lake community.



Storey Lake Resort is located in the heart of the Disney World Area and restaurants are within a short distance by car. The entrance to the complex is a gated community. You will receive your own parking pass via email/text easy access.

Storey Lake Resort features the Hideaway Club, a resort clubhouse that accommodates residents vacationing in the community. This beautiful clubhouse is filled with amenities for active families that include multiple sports courts, a children's playground as well as a resort-style swimming pool with splash park. The Hideaway Club is also a full service restaurant and bar, we even have an ice cream shop to refresh yourself with some sweet treats. There are multiple activities to enjoy with your friends and family such as mini- golf and kayaking and movie nights.

Guests will have full access to the home for their entire stay, including the lovely outdoor pool area, the laundry machine, TVs, a full kitchen, and comfy bedrooms. Cable is provided and the TVs are smart TVs. Feel free to use your own subscription to Netflix, Amazon, or Hulu. High-Speed Wifi (200MB) is available throughout the house.

Guests will also get free access to the Storey Lake Resort amenities, including the water park, pool, lazy river, and more. Resort amenities are a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute drive, from the property. Parking is available at the resort club house.

After a full day at the parks, you can return home to the villa and get a great night’s rest in one of the four themed bedrooms. Both the adults and the little ones will appreciate these comfy rooms, and there’s plenty of space for a large family with nine different beds.

The first bedroom sits on the first floor and features a fun Minions theme. There is one queen-sized bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed, along with a flat-screen Smart TV and plenty of storage space for all your belongings.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor.

Adults will love the beach-themed primary suite, complete with a plush king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. This room features a stunning mural that creates a soothing ambiance.

The third bedroom is the Mickey and Minnie room, another Disney-themed bedroom that the little ones are sure to love. There are two twin-over-twin bunk beds, plus plenty of mouse decor, including pillows, wall decals, and more.

The fourth bedroom features neutral decor to give guests in this room a serene and sound sleep. Sink into the king-sized bed as you drift off watching your favorite shows and movies on the flat-screen Smart TV from the privacy of your bedroom.

Our vacation home features three full bathrooms, providing plenty of space and privacy for the whole family. Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience.

The first bathroom is located on the main level and offers a walk-in shower, convenient for everyone hanging out in the common areas. The upstairs primary suite boasts an ensuite bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower, offering an added level of luxury and convenience to guests staying in this room. The third bathroom is located in the second-floor hallway, easily accessible for all guests staying in the upstairs bedrooms.

You’ll find a washer and dryer located in the second-floor hallway to take care of your laundry needs during your stay.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Experience the best of central Florida living in the vacation home's private outdoor space. The completely screened-in pool area is the perfect place to cool off after a day at Disney, and the outdoor seating is ideal for relaxing with a cold beverage in hand. There’s also a large gas grill for cooking up a BBQ feast, and the shaded lounge area is a great spot to unwind as the kiddos splash around in the pool.

Please note that there is a $50 fee per stay to use the grill. There is an extra propane tank and we do a deep clean between uses. It is $20 per day to use the pool heater. You can let us know your desired temperature and we will set it for you.

We are in one of the best locations in all of Metro Orlando! Just 10 minutes from Disney, about 20 minutes from Universal and Orlando International Airport (MCO), close to all access to the main highways, not to mention that we are in a place where in 3 minutes we reach the most important Supermarket chains in FL and the USA. A very organized, clean, safe neighborhood and close to everything you and your family need to spend the best vacation days of your life.

Getting around
The most used means of transport here in our area are App rideshares and private cars (own or rented), however, within a 10-minute walking our guests can find a public transport spot that is served by several bus lines to important integration points in the Metropolitan Areas of Kissimmee and Orlando.

== RENTAL POLICIES ==
-By booking, you agree to identity verification through Truvi, which requires uploading your government-issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport
- No smoking inside the property or the pool area.
- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors
-The house has a starter pack including: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one small shampoo and conditioner bottle, and hand soap per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, and one kitchen sponge.

We have two cameras that actively record audio and video. The first is a riing door bell and is in the front door. The second is outside, past the pool, and faces the outside gate. There are no cameras inside the house or facing the pool.
