Escape to our vibrant waterfront condo in Sandpoint, just steps from Lake Pend Oreille & a 5-min walk to downtown! This 1-bed, 1-bath retreat comfortably sleeps 4 with a King bed & sleeper sofa. Enjoy a modern kitchen, private patio, and seasonal access to community pools, tennis courts, pickle ball and more. Perfect for couples or small families seeking adventure and relaxation, with easy access to boating, skiing, dining, and local shops. Prior approval for Boatslip required: registration required prior to stay and fees apply ($55/night), please inquire with booking.

If you are interested in booking our boat-slip during your stay, please inquire early as there is registration paperwork that needs to be filled out with insurance information as well as a daily fee of $55/night that must be paid prior to your arrival.

Great place and in walking distance to everything. The condo is clean, the kitchen is completely stocked and the bed was very comfortable.We would recommend this condo to our friends looking for a place to stay in Sandpoint.

The property was very well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with anything one might need to do any cooking. The bed was very very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. I would totally come back again excellent experience!

Lovely, comfortable and nicely updated lakeside condo with a birds eye view of the main pool. Condo was well stocked and extremely clean. Shower pressure was heavenly and bed was extremely comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. And walking distance to downtown Sandpoint with its shops and restaurants. I definitely hope to stay here again!

Very relaxing, quiet, pool was clean and warm, was easy walking to town and restaurants. The condo was clean, well stocked with whatever you need, dishes, silverware, stove, microwave, comfortable seating, lots of channels on the tv. The stand up shower was very nice. Comfortable bed too. Very good communication with owner, fast responses, there to help anytime, highly recommended!

Great place. Walkable to downtown and parks. Nice and quiet unit with safe and secure parking. Was hoping pool was open but it wasn't. No hassles at all and Evan was very nice!

Sandpoint is a great town. Condo was in an excellent location. East walk to town -shops and restaurant. Condo is well furnished and we would highly recommend. Owner is easy to work with and very hospitable.

Best stay of our road trip. The updating in condo was wonderful! The pull out couch bed was comfortable. Pool right there from your porch. Location was great! Highly recommend.
