There is also a mudroom entry way with an updated 1/2 bath, enough hooks for everyone's towels and a washer/dryer. Off the kitchen is a large living room where everyone can gather to play games or watch a movie.

There is plenty of space for everyone to have their own sleeping quarters in this house! All new mattresses and beds, each room has been carefully decorated and for the calm, comfort everyone is looking for after a long day at the beach. There is master suite on the first floor, with an ensuite marble bathroom. Attached to the master is the "Captains Quarters" a very special glassed in solarium that is the perfect place for a cocktail or coffee on cooler ACK days. Finally, the "Upper Deck" has a private stairway up from the mudroom and is the perfect bunk room or couples getaway. The room has a double, a twin, a twin trundle and a pullout couch. The upper deck has. a private deck that has distant water views and has an ensuite bathroom and sitting area.
