A Block from the Beach!

Walking distance to Third St and Lake Superior! The bike path is right out your front door! The location doesn't get any better. This home is located on the east side of Marquette. The kitchen/dining area has an open floor plan with a modern gas fireplace and a large dining table. Glass doors go out to the patio where there is outdoor dining and a gas grill and a large back yard. The cozy front room allows for a spot to get away. End the evening in the sauna!

Please inquire if you need additional parking for more than 2 cars or for a trailer.

Please ask if you have any questions or special requests. Our high season rental rates include minimum night stays, dependent on availability.

*Minimum night stays are required. Summer (Memorial Day - Labor Day) 5+ nights. Holiday weekends: 4 night minimum stay. 3 night minimum year round. You are welcome to request fewer night stays but please be advised that your total will be revised to reflect the required minimum night stay depending on the season.

Another great stay!

Our second stay at this place but first time in the summer. Great location for a summer place close to the beach. Walking distance to everything!

Great house in perfect location

We loved our stay here. Perfect location, clean, and everything we could have needed. Nice that the Beach and the Lakeshore Depot is right across the street and town is right up the hill. We would love to come back next summer.

Winter weekend

Loved our stay! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect- short walk to the beach and to downtown. Laura is a wonderful host! We can't wait to come back in the summer! :)

Perfect location!

Great location, so close to the beach. We enjoyed several late night and early morning walks to the beachfront/Lake Superior. Only a few minutes from downtown Marquette. Host was very thoughtful and communicative.

Perfect getaway!

We LOVED the location! Just a walk away from the beach. Close to downtown. It was stocked with everything that you might need. I would recommend this place, to others!

Beautiful home in an ideal location

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house has had some wonderful renovations that make it very comfortable and welcoming. The back yard was the hidden gem of the house, a great spot for coffee or breakfast each morning. The location was pretty ideal, in a beautiful residential neighborhood with Lake Superior literally at the end of the block! Our trip went by too fast, and we would love to come back for another stay soon.

Great spot close to the beach and downtown Marquette!

Great property with plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with anything and everything we may have needed. Laura was quick to offer assistance if anything was to come up during the stay. Would definately consider this rental in the future if we are so lucky to visit the area again.

Great stay! The house was nicely outfitted with everything we needed. The spacious open first floor, that opened onto the back patio, was just perfect for us to really enjoy our time together as a family. The house is as described, a block from the beach! There is a great pedestrian path that leads to the downtown are as well.

Family Gathering

We had a great visit hosting our family from out of town. The house looks small from the street but the large open kitchen/dining made a great place i host our family dinner. Well stocked with cookware and supplies. I would definitely come back!!

Great home in a quiet neighborhood

My husband and 19 year old really enjoyed our stay in Marquette. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there is a grocery coop at the end of the street that is open everyday. The location was great as well. Half a block from the beach and bike path. Laura, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed being close to the harbor and the many scenic areas so near. The house was well equipped and comfortable and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive to our many questions. We would highly recommend this property & will consider returning.

Cozy Home for Snowy Winter Escape

Four adults and three children enjoyed staying in this home for a winter getaway. The house was plenty big for all of us with two sitting rooms and a cozy fireplace to keep us warm. The owners left us a welcome gift and brochures about Marquette. We loved having a fenced in backyard to play in and the location was perfect for shopping and dining in town. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the home.

Comfy Clean Home in a Great Location

The house was super clean, stocked with everything we could have needed and had comfortable bedrooms and living space. Location was perfect in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Being so close to the trail, the beach and a quick bike ride into town was perfect for us.

Family Getaway

Laura's house was absolutely PERFECT for our family vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. The convenient location was so close to everything we wanted to do. The house was so well stocked; I found that I overpacked on kitchen supplies. Other places that we have stayed have not been as well equipped so I tend to bring my essential kitchen supplies just in case. Not necessary for this house...Laura has thought of everything. The house was very clean. It was spacious enough for our family and the driveway had enough room for both of our vehicles. The only negative thing I can say is that our stay wasn't long enough. We will definitely book with Laura again. Thanks for giving us a wonderful place to stay, Laura!

Excellent place to stay in Marquette!

This place is just beautiful and located in a perfect spot for enjoying all that Marquette has to offer. Kitchen is very well stocked to make cooking easy. The views off the decks are excellent. It’s also close to mtb trails & has a killer bike storage room. Highly recommend!

Excellent time up North

We had a great stay at this house. We were greeted with a nice welcome card and a couple bottles of wine. Perfect location a block from the beach and less than a mile from downtown. The perfect staging area for moving into the dorms at NMU. Thanks for sharing your place- We loved it.
