Great location in central Palermo! This gorgeous apartment in a mid-century classic French building has many updates and decorative touches that will make your visit to Buenos Aires enjoyable and comfortable. The Botanical Gardens, Las Heras Park, Alto Palermo, Palermo Soho, Palermo Hollywood and Recoleta are all within walking distance.

The apartment is just one block to the subway and buses and taxis are at your doorstep. New double glazed windows bring in the sun while ensuring that you have a calm oasis to return home to. The two bathrooms both have large walk in shower stalls. The kitchen features a full size fridge, a gas stove with electric convection oven, microwave and all the necessary cookware, dishes and glassware to make you feel comfortable. This apartment features Wifi and 42" HD televisions in the Master Bedroom and a 32" HD Smart TV in the second Bedroom. You’ll think you’ve never left home.

You’ll feel very much the “porteno” as you step out of this beautiful building onto the broad boulevard of an charming Buenos Aires neighborhood.'

Robert welcomed for us upon arrival in front of the building. He provided all the information to make our experience amazing. The unit was perfect for our needs. Everything was within walking or Uber distance. The water was hot and the pressure even better. I would strongly recommend staying here.

If I could give more stars I would. We traveled from the US to visit South America for the first time. Argentina was an amazing surprise! Highly recommend. We spent all of our time in Buenos Aires. This apartment was beautiful! So much space and well located especially if you like to feel like a local. The subway is safe and very easy. You can get every. Many cafes along the streets for a quick bite or a lingering latte. The host Robert was very easy to work with. Carmen was our local contact and she was fantastic! Always ready to help and give advice. I highly recommend this Vrbo.

I went for some paperwork for a week, and honestly, the place was excellent—close to shops where you can buy everything. Very convenient for people who need to run errands and also enjoy Palermo. Carmen, the manager, is lovely, and dealing with the owner at the beginning was also very easy. If I return to Argentina, I would go back to that place. I highly recommend it.

“Fall in Buenos Aires”

We had a great time, the apartment is very well decorated, with windows and balcony full of light and sun, very confortable, very well maintained, great design and very well equipped, including minimal details. Showers were modernized with plenty of water from them.The location is excellent and very importantly the building was quiet during our time, including weekends. Restaurants, cafes and parks around the corner invited us to pick up a different one each day. Robert was a very gentle host opened to our needs and adjusting the check in and out accordingly with our schedule; this was a plus for us and the first time in our experiences using VRBO, and for that; “ Robert; tank you very much.”We enjoyed very much our stay because the place and certainly we will keep it in our memory for future returns to Buenos Aires.

A gem in the center of Buenos Aires

We’ve stayed at over twenty VRBOs around the world and this gem in Buenos Aires was one of our favorites. We spent a little over a week at this wonderful apartment, and its location and amenities added immeasurably to our enjoyment of the city. At the edge of the city’s two best- loved areas—Palermo and Recoleta—we were a short walk or Uber from all the major places you’ll want to visit. Robert greeted us when we arrived with warmth and a generous supply of useful information for our stay. The apartment was quiet, impeccably clean and the layout was perfect for the four of us. If this apartment is available, you should grab it!

Great house in a nice area

The apartment looks just like the pictures on the listing. Robert made us feel welcome and went over the basics of how to acclimate to the way things work in Buenos Aires. He was super friendly and helpful, and the house was clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to future trips to the city.

Fabulous!

The apartment was exactly as advertised. The pictures were just as we found it-charming, spacious, well-decorated, neat and clean. The washer was very helpful during our week-long stay! The kitchen was well-appointed and I was able to make several meals very easily. Our family of 4 with 2 adult kids were quite comfortable for the whole week! Having 2 full bathrooms was a huge benefit. The building was quite secure and in a lively location with plenty of restaurants, shops, markets, and laundromats within easy walking distance. Our host Robert and his agent Carmen were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Both were kind and attentive and made sure we were well taken care of! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Buenos Aires!

Comfortable and Amazing

We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s apartment. The neighborhood was absolutely amazing. You are close to many restaurants, coffee shops and there’s a great mall close by. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. We loved that it had a washing machine and the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is very spacious and very well decorated. I loved it! And of course, Robert is a wonderful host. He was very friendly and provided very helpful tips. I did not get to meet Carmen the property manager. Adriana was filling in for Carmen. Adriana was very kind and also very helpful. Thank you so much for making our stay very memorable.

I was impressed with the great location, cleanliness, and comfort the apartment had to offer. First and foremost, the location was absolutely fantastic. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, which made it incredibly easy to explore all the local attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Whether it was strolling down charming streets, dining at fantastic restaurants, or visiting popular landmarks, everything was just a stone's throw away. I couldn't have asked for a more ideal location for my vacation. The cleanliness of the apartment was remarkable. As soon as I stepped inside, I was met with a spotless and well-maintained space. It was evident that the property was carefully and thoroughly cleaned before my arrival, which instantly put my mind at ease. The attention to detail in maintaining a clean and tidy environment greatly enhanced my overall experience. Moreover, the apartment was incredibly comfortable. The furnishings and amenities provided were top-notch. Perfect location

My husband, niece and I had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We were very impressed with the efficiency of communication, and the amount of information we got from Robert about how to get around the city, currency exchange, and local activities. Carmen was very helpful in anticipating our needs and helping us with the check in and check out process. If I could give more than 5 stars for this property, I would!

Amazing Apartment

Look no further! A lovely apartment with all the amenities. It was very comfy and cozy. There are many cafes, market, bakeries all close by. The building is well kept and is in a safe location. Robert is amazing, very caring and shared a lot of information. We had such a good time in Buenos Aires. Thanks for a wonderful and a memorable time!

Exceptional Palermo Apartment

Robert is an exceptional host and was available for questions and recommendations during our stay. The apartment is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The transit system is easy to use. The restaurants, cafes, markets, parks and shops are within a short walking distance. We can't give enough thanks to Robert and Buenos Aires for a most memorable stay.

Wonderful host

This is a clean, attractive apartment, with very good lighting, in a charming old fashioned building in the commercial center of Palermo. Although it is a busy neighborhood, the apartment is quiet due to double glazed windows and air conditioning. There are two bathrooms which was a selling point, and the main bedroom is very comfortable. The other bedroom can either be used as a sitting room, guest room or children's room. We were supposed to stay for two and a half weeks, but because of the coronavirus, and the suspension of flights to the US, we had to leave after 2 nights and 3 days. Through everything, from greetings us to our departure, Robert Osika was unfailingly welcoming, helpful and understanding. A sincerely nice person. He knew we were interested in museums and galleries and had enthusiastic recommendations in that department. Also for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Too bad we didn't get to stay and take advantage of all of his recommendations. But, Robert also had good suggestions on how we should proceed when we found our flight cancelled and needed to quickly figure out what to do.

Loved our time at Robert's apartment in Buenos Aires

What a great time we had in Buenos Aires! The apartment was fantastic. Nice amount of of space, very clean and well appointed. The location was great; centrally located with easy access by walking and public transportation to all points of interest in the city. And we felt very safe in the neighborhood. But Robert was the best part. He helped us to arrange transport to and from the airport. He gave us great tips for what we needed to know to navigate the city and Argentina (i.e. money exchange, public transportation and recommendations on things to do). We could not have asked for a better host. Thanks for the great stay!

Fabulous Fabulous Buenos Aires

This apartment in Barrio Norte is in a perfect location. Flower stand outside the doors, market around the corner, restaurants everywhere marks this spot. We walked for days and barely touched BA. Robert is a brilliant host, helpful and caring. The apt is nicely appointed and worked for 4 of us just fine. AC is nice at night when it is hot outside. Kitchen well equipped and there is great water pressure for your showers. We highly recommend this VRBO

Over all expectation

Our stay in this appartment was perfect. The welcome was just as described in the reviews. Wine, fruit, cakes and helpful information. Robert was helpful in all ways throughout our stay. The area is also very nice, and we felt we could blend in with the locals. The appartment feels like home. We would not hesitate to come back next time.

I have travelled extensively and fell in love with Buenos Aires. The city is vibrant and exciting with lots to see and do and great restaurants. I always tell everyone I was attracted to this city for the 'portenos' - Argentines are very friendly and accomodating.

I loved the location of this apartment. You feel like you are living amongst the Argentines. The neighbourhood is charming, vibrant and lively and filled with sidewalk bars and cafes, and the streets are lined with bakeries, green grocers, deli's, flower vendors, pasta shops....everything at your doorstep!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

I totally renovated this property after I bought it and tried to refurbish it to North American Standards. The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, a gas stove with and electric convection oven, microwave and all the utensils, dishes, appliances and pots to make you stay comfortable. The windows facing the street have been replaced with double glazed windows to reduce noise to a minimum, making this apartment a quiet oasis.
