Parking notes: Parking is available for 4 vehicles with 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.

You must be 30 years or older to rent this property.

Guest staying less than 29 nights can have the pool heated for $89/night. Monthly guests pay actual gas and electric utility costs; an Advance Utility Deposit of $1500/month is required. Thanks to the owned Solar System on the roof, your electric bill will be much lower than that of comparable homes.

Up to 2 Well-behaved, "prior-approved" dogs are welcome in this home; US$150 Per Dog Fee.

Bonus: The rental rate you see includes a Damage Waiver Fee which covers up to $2,500 in unintended damage to the house during your stay (you must disclose the damage to us).

SUSTAINABLE/GREEN

This Green Home features a Large Solar System so the carbon footprint during your stay will be minimal. Other Green features include water efficient landscaping, color LED Pool Lighting (40 watts vs 500 watts!), and energy efficient Air Conditioning units.
