We have been to Paris several times now and this is the nicest place we have stayed in. It is clean, light and airy, in a vibrant area very close to great markets and the metro. Patrick, Manuela and Martin were responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend it.

Thank you Patrick, Manuela and family for the lovely welcome and stay. A lovely apparentment that was bigger that we anticipated. Well equipped and comfortable. A very nice area, convenient to Corvisart and Place de Italie stations, as well as some great local restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

This charming location, accommodation, and the owner were absolutely incredible! It added so much to our stay in Paris. It was clean, quaint, authentic charming, and the owners were so pleasant and responsive. If we come back to Paris, there would be no other location we would stay at but here!!

Owner was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying here. There was plenty of room and you can't beat the location with tons of restaurants, bakery's, and the metro nearby.

Great Stay in an amazing neighborhood

We could not have been happier with our stay, from the accommodations that were perfect for my wife and our two daughters, to the neighborhood it was located. We have recommended this listing to friends as a great option for their stay in Paris, and we would come back and stay there again for our next trip to Paris.

Patrick was so enthusiastic and helpful! He showed us around and checked in on us to ensure all our needs were met. Really funky apartment with a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower in a lively neighborhood with great food, coffee, bakeries and access to the rest of Paris. Merci beaucoup, Patrick!

Fantastic neighbourhood with everything you need very closeby. Patrick was an excellent host and the apartment was as described in the listing. We loved how we could see the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen and observe the street below. But when the windows were shut it was nice and quiet. Very close to two Metro stations too. If we are lucky enough to return to Paris we would stay here again.

Super cute apartment!

We loved our stay here, our host Martin was very helpful and accommodating for our travel needs and timing. The apartment had many places to sleep, and was in a cute courtyard off of the street. You can even see the Eiffel Tower through the kitchen window! It’s also located very conveniently near a Metro station and lots of food, drinks, and shops. We loved our stay.

Great welcome from Patrick who explained the ropes of the house and then left us to our own devices. Well equipped. Big fridge. Hot water. Very roomy. Supermarket nearby. Metro very close. And the view is really special. Thanks Patrick for a great stay.

Hidden gem in very nice neighbourhood

Frank welcomed us when we arrived. He gave us a lot of tips on restaurants. The place is exactly as on the photos. Good value for money! I had to go to the doctor and Frank insisted on coming with me and he really helped me out! I cannot thank him enough for that.The appartment is a 5 minute walk from 2 metro stations. And in the neighbourhood there is a lot of street art, which i really liked.

Charming apartment in a lovely area of Paris - a real hidden gem!

Apartment was perfect for our family with a double bed and 2 single sofa beds/futons. Really charming apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower! Magical to see it sparkle each evening. Butte aux Cailles is a real hidden gem, friendly but buzzing, perfect for a family holiday with teenagers! Patrick and Manuela were friendly and helpful, Patrick was on hand to help with any issues. We would definately recommend both the apartment and this area of Paris.and Manuela for being really friendly and

Nous avons passé 2 jours très agréables dans le logement de Manuela et Patrick. Maison très bien situé dans le quartier pittoresque de la Butte aux Cailles. Le logement sur trois niveaux était tout à fait adapté pour notre famille de 4 personnes, bien équipé et joliment décoré. Manuela et Patrick sont des hôtes très sympathiques et réactifs. Patrick nous a donné des conseils utiles sur les restaurants et magasins du quartier. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Grand appartement, super bien situé dans un quartier charmant. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité, restos, épiceries, boulangeries, marché, métros, à moins de 5 minutes de marche. Nous avons passé un séjour fort agréable. Merci à Manuela et Patrick pour l’accueil, les conseils et l’attention spéciale pour l’anniversaire de mon fils, ce fut grandement apprécié, merci pour tout!

Le logement était vraiment top : très beau, bien placé, agréable. On s’y est sentis très bien et l’appartement correspondait aux photos.Il y a cependant eu quelques petites complications durant le séjour. Nous avons eu l’impression d’être parfois observés par la fenêtre, notamment à un moment où nous étions en train de nous changer!Malgré cela, le logement en lui-même reste de très bonne qualité et l’emplacement est idéal.

Le logement étant équipé de rideaux et stores à toutes les fenêtres, afin de pouvoir s’isoler des voisins, votre remarque est très surprenante. Quand aux petites complications pendant le séjour que vous évoquez, vous voulez tres certainement parler du fait que vous étiez 6 personnes dans un appartement loué pour 4 personnes maximum.
