This home was exactly as advertised on VRBO. The owner was awesome and would answer any questions we had within minutes it seemed. The back yard was fabulous. We spent 95% of our time outside in the pool. Thank you Ruya.Another great trip on VRBO. 5 *****Rick & Samara

beautiful home

This house is perfect for those wanting to enjoy a home away from home feeling with a lot of extra amenities. We enjoyed the use of the pool and the outdoor area was perfect for a BBQ with our family. I would definitely stay here again

Our group of 6 had a fabulous and most importantly relaxing experience. The pictures were accurate and the house was clean. We appreciated the amenities(a ton of pool toys, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc). The pool was beautiful and had a shallow end for sun bathing and deep end for the kids to search for dive toys. The owner was exceptional with response time for minor questions and went out of her way for extra asks. Neighborhood was quiet and safe for taking after dinner walks. Publix and convenience store was within walking distance. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Perfect outdoor space.

We returned this year because we love the outdoor area with a salt water pool, lots of comfortable seating, dining table, grill and big screen TV all under roof for Sun protection.

Wonderful winter getaway

The house provided everything we needed, we all love the pool, outdoor kitchen and play scape and it was easy to go to the beach daily from that location. The host was responsive and kind and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Overall a wonderful experience!

Top of the line property

Wonderful location, close to the airport as well as the cruise port and shopping. This property is amazing for families, plenty of activities to do while at the home and the pool is to die for! Excellent outdoor living space. Owner is very quick to respond to questions and is super accommodating and helpful with suggestions to eat or places to visit. 10/10 for this home… highly recommend to stay at this home.

Great pool and outside entertainment area ,very nice accommodations ,would stay there again. The host was available for any questions. No issues, anyone who stays there will not be disappointed. Everything you need is already there

Amazing stay!!

We just stayed at Ruya’s place for three nights for my sisters bachelorette party. We were six girls and it was absolutely perfect. The outdoor area was incredible! We loved cooking breakfast and sitting out back while watching TV and hanging by the pool. The bathrooms were both beautiful and the living room couch so comfortable. Very convenient location to Publix, beaches, and restaurants. I highly recommend this property and would definitely rent again in the future!! :-)

Yearly Florida Trip

Every year we go on a family vacation and never know if the house will be exactly what the listing shows. THIS HOUSE was by far the best house we have stayed in. It was exactly like the listing. The property manager was very responsive when we needed them. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Great Backyard Oasis

Stayed here with 4 adults and 2 kids (6yr old & 7mos old). Plenty of room for us all. Greatly appreciated the baby gear onsite (playard crib, high chair, bouncer AND a baby sized pool floatie). Made it so convenient not to have to bring more equipment with us. We spent the majority of our time in the backyard which was so comfortable. The pool was refreshing on the super hot days and the patio gave us enough shade when needed. We ate outside every night and enjoyed the ambient lighting! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the neighborhood location. (I'd give 4.5 stars if that was an option) It was good enough for our purposes as we mostly wanted to enjoy a nice private pool which this provided. However, the neighborhood was pretty eclectic with nothing within walking distance. Getting to the beach was a bit of an ordeal with the heavy FL spring break traffic (traffic was not the fault of this home, but definitely a drawback of the location). With traffic it was easily 30-40min to the beach. Probably would be less in the off season. Aside from that, we really enjoyed it and our host Ruya was very responsive and available as needed!

March is the busiest time of the year in all of Florida, especially South Florida, due to Spring Break and other events, so unfortunately the traffic is to be expected for this time of year. Outside of spring break, the drive is only an estimated 20 minutes to the beach. Our quiet residential neighborhood is one of the benefits and qualities that our guests love about our private oasis. Beautiful escape

The property was nice and updated. The pool was very refreshing. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. They even went out and bought a Christmas tree and put it up so that “Santa” could put presents under the tree on vacation. Highly recommended and would stay here again!

Highoy recommend!

The home was so great and relaxing that we spent most of the trip there instead of going out to do things. We enjoyed the pool morning, noon, and night. The owner was quick to respond and thoughful enough to check in during our trip to make sure everything was going well. This was more than we had originally planned to spend but the place we booked canceled on us while we were traveling and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

Outstanding experience

Our family had a wonderful time at the property. The house was incredibly clean and the owner was very responsive. The pool area was incredible, it was hard to leave to do anything else. We would definitely return in the coming years.

Paradise

Aptly named Paradise. The house is wonderful but we spent almost all our time in the perfect outdoor area. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner outside and in between we enjoyed the pool or read or talked or watched TV. Just perfect.

Fort Lauderdale

This home is very comfortable both inside and outside. Enough seating for 6+ on couch and at table. Nice pool with night lighting and great outdoor grilling area with large table. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. Wanted to stay longer but it was already booked.

Fabulous FLL Home!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The pool and outdoor kitchen are awesome. The owner could to have been nicer. Very responsive to any communications. I highly recommend this property for your FLL stay!!

Mini vacation

The home was spacious and very clean. The outside by the pool was an oasis. Everything you need to prepare meals utensils pots and pans was already there. Would stay again!!!

Ultimate Paradise!

Perfect is an understatement! This home was so amazingly comfortable and luxurious! The layout and furniture felt like home! Fully stocked kitchen, large lounge area, 4 large Smart TVs, large bedrooms with LOTS of storage space, massive laundry rooms, game room, OMG, and that was just the basics! The utopia was the HEATED SALT WATER POOL!!!!! Who needs a beach? The outdoor oasis…. Let me tell you…. We watched the UGA vs Kentucky game while in the pool!!!!! And, there’s a heated waterfall!!!! This place was definitely a gem! We’re already planning our next trip!!!! But for me, the best part of the trip was after all of the play and swimming, once we decided to chill out and cuddle up on the sofa and watch a movie, my hubby grabbed three throw blankets from the closet…. THEY WERE ALL FRESHLY WASHED AND SMELLED AMAZING!!!!! That little bit of extra love from the host was all I needed to jfeel at home! And the pool guy is a keeper, too!

Great property with excellent amenities

The process was hassle-free and the property was true to its listing. The front of the property did not do true justice to the inside (could do with a little update)) but the inside was in excellent condition as well as the pool area and back patio. Loved the homey feeling of the well-kept rooms and the self-contained back area with very large pool, barbecue grill and relaxed seating. Lots of towels! Even came with board games. Will definitely stay here again.
