Walking distance to the streetcar and close to everything you need to have a true New Orleans experience! Whether you want to take a 7 minute Uber or Car Ride to the French Quarter or walk to local grocery stores, the choice is yours! Located 2 blocks from University Medical Center and One Block Behind the World Famous Canal Street! Perfect for Mardi Gras Parades

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Perfect space for my family. We enjoyed our visit. Parking was convenient and the neighbors were friendly. The beds were heavenly.

Came with my sister and cousin for my 52nd birthday. Everything matched the listing ... The owner stopped by to reassure that all was well, as well as gave a lot of information on things to do, places to eat and just general NOLA knowledge and hospitality!! Definitely will be back!

Great value and location. Easy access to FQ, Frenchman, Bourbon St. and several close by quality restaurants and bars/beer garden. Host is super on top of communications and follow up. Only warning is make sure you’re good the shotgun style house set up and sharing a bathroom. We knew what to expect but that could throw you otherwise.

Host was a pleasure! The home had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay. Location was wonderful for the streetcar and we were also able to easily walk to restaurants near the house. We’d stay here again when in NOLA.

Great location, beautiful house. All the rooms were clean with solid, comfortable beds. The kitchen is a strength, making cooking and eating in an easy choice.

I really enjoyed my stay at this home. Very spacious, quiet neighborhood and well maintained. Anyone looking to stay in New Orleans should definitely check out this location. You will not regret it. Best home away from home that I’ve had in a long time.

Cute duplex (shares a wall) that was incredibly convenient to catch the tram and we walked to several restaurants. When our Uber dropped us off, I thought the highschool across the street would be loud but it wasn't at all.My only complaints were the bathroom lock being broken and the back door would feel more secure with a deadbolt lock. Note: you must walk-through two bedrooms to get back one.

Place is bigger than advertised. Everything is new and clean. Great communication and response time. So close to the streetcar stops. Well lit area. Nice neighbors. Laundry room was such a nice amenity to have.
