Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Feat 2king & queen bed! Conveniently on the 4900 block of New Orleans' famous Tchoupitoulas Street in the heart of the amazing uptown corridor! Near all the parade routes, 2 blocks from Rouses, Win-Dixie, and across the street from Golden File Nail Salon! All the street parking around here is free and abundant! This home was beautifully restored but still feats many historic features of a Historic New Orleans Shotgun - Each room is connected!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

It was fun to stay in a Shotgun house typical of New Orleans. It had plenty of space for our family though only 1 bathroom at the back but we knew that beforehand. The air conditioning was very nice & kitchen perfect for our needs. Thanks for the great place

Great location/Noisy neighbors

Place was in a great spot near the French quarter and also walking distance to a few good pubs and restaurants. Very affordable to rent the place and slept 4 comfortably. Downside was there was only one bathroom and you had to walk through all 3 bedrooms to the back of the apt to use the bathroom. Also, this was a duplex and the next door neighbors were extrememly noisy. Walls were thin so we could clearly hear talking and the wood floors amplified the loud footsteps of the neighbors. The neighbors seemed to never sleep so noise was at 2am, 3 am or 5am...whenever. Traffic noise was not an issue even though it was a busy street. One issue we had was when we first got there, the dishwasher had an inch or more of standing water inside and a slightly moldy smell. The rentors did eventually agree to drop off some supplies so we could hand wash the dishes (drying rack and sponges). Anyway, not a huge deal. It was the noisy neighbors that ruined what would have been a great stay.

A group of us went to NOLA t osee some music. This home was walking distance to Tipitina's and pleanty of fun dive bars.

Nice place to stay

Nice location and has everything you need.The rooms are all connected, if you need to go to the rest room or taking a shower you have to walk through all rooms since the bathroom is at the very end.Since we were with the family and very close friends of our kids that wasn’t a big problem for a single night.I can recommend this venue for everyone.

Tulane visit

We were very happy with the house. It’s near many restaurants. The house is clean. I’m sure if we came back we book again. It was close to the Tulane Universty, French quarter, river. I was a very good place to stayed. Thank you.

Amazing Host & Beautiful location and home

This host is the best host I have ever had staying in any type of short term rental home. The home was clean, lots of room for our family of 4! My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. We were so close to everything and especially my lovely sister I was visiting that has been living in NOLA for 20 years. The host was communicative, very on top of things or any questions we had. I will be staying with this host in particular anytime we come to this city. PERIODT! Thank you so so much, we will be back!!!!

We had a great time. Genesis was a great host, she answered any questions we had right away. The place was just as listed. Good location close to everything. I would definitely stay again if and when I come to New Orleans again.

Not a great experience overall

We had a bit of a rough experience. When we first got there the front door didn't work because the Internet was down. We had to call the maintenance guy to give us the code to the back door. When the Internet finally came back up the next day, it still didn't work. The keypad on the door is reliant on the Internet connection. Also the front door locks automatically after just a few minutes. This is extremely inconvenient with the front door not being able to be unlocked from the outside. Then when we asked the maintenance guy where the crib was as it is stated on the listing that one is available, he said there wasn't one on property. We have small children and that would have been helpful. Also the listing didn't say anything about the house being close to a bar. That would have been nice to know as we have small kids and it became very noisy at night. In the kitchen there was only one trash bag so we had to go buy some. The water also cut off in the middle of my shower, so I had to run out to the shed to reset it. There is a switch on the hot water heater that controls the temp and the water cutoff, that has to be reset time to time. The emergency maintenance contact was helpful at times but not very apologetic. They did message us time to time to provide helpful tips like with the hot water heater. Just wasn't a great experience overall.

5 friends go to a show at Tipitina’s

Everything was just perfect! I was concerned about the one bathroom at the end of the house, but it worked out just fine and the locations is stellar if you are going to a show. We walked to breweries and food and never moved the car! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We found fun places to eat nearby, it's a walkable neighborhood, and public transit was easy to get to. The place was clean and tidy and quiet.

Convenient location to Tulane. House was very clean and Genesis the property manager was very helpful. The area around the house looked sketchy, alot of warehouses/industry.

Relaxing and enjoyable

We spent two nights and were perfectly accommodated! Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go, and the beds were extremely comfortable! Wish the A/C would stay lower and not auto return to 75. We would absolutely stay here again!

Comfortable with Easy Access Location

Great communication with host; very accessible and happy to answer all our questions. Easy on street parking and close to a very nice grocery for snacks or even meals. Place looked just like advertised!

Wonderful say for our quick trip

This property is newly renovated and very clean. Our family was in town for a convention at the convention center and this property was a great choice for us. The property has all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. My only suggestions are: 1. Take advantage of the local eateries or get delivery. Plenty of choices are close by the property. 2. Remember you are in the city and will have city sounds (trains, traffic, and sirens). They were all brief and not bad even for us country dwellers. 3. Be kind to your neighbors and watch your volume levels. 4. Communicate with Genesis. Amazing host! Very prompt with responses and catering to your needs. In all, this is a great property. I highly recommend it!
