THE SPACE
"Cottage Del Mar" features a Romantic King Master Suite with an en suite bath, a 43" Roku TV, and a dedicated desk for remote work. The home comfortably sleeps 10, including a fun bunk room for up to 6 guests. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for feasts, featuring an island with ocean views, a Keurig combo coffeemaker, and all the essentials from crockpots to electric griddles.

The spacious living area is designed for relaxation, featuring two reclining sofas and comfy chairs—perfect for unwinding after a day of fun. With Roku TVs in every room and blackout curtains for a restful sleep, your comfort is guaranteed. The two full bathrooms, including a master suite with a soaking tub, provide ample convenience for your entire group. This home is a true gem among Bolivar Beach House Rentals.

GETTING AROUND

The best vacation starts at where you call home for the time! This place was perfect! We could've brought our kids and grandbabies and easily fit in these spaces! Everything was very clean and organized. Location is so peaceful and private! While still being close to all things fun and interesting! Ferry was not an issue. The longest wait we had was maybe 20 minutes. The local restaurants were fabulous! Highly recommend!

Making my reservation was a breeze. I worked with Felipe and even when I had a change I needed to make, Felipe made the change with no problems. This is my fourth time staying in this house, not only because the house is perfect for my needs, but the location and the beach views cannot be beat. I WILL be back again.

Great property and location was perfect.Feet in sand everyday. Beautiful sunrises and moon lit skies.Very clean home. The pictures do not do this gorgeous home justice. It was super clean, homie, comfortable and had everything we needed! A breathtaking view of the beach from your bed and porch. We loved it and will be staying here again soon!

Loved being steps away from the beach! If you want to be on the water but not break the bank, this is your spot. We were able to watch the kids play in the sand from the house. The house was clean and well cared for. 10/10

A Cottage on the Beach!

Thank you for your review Ray! We agree, we think Cottage Del Mar and her sister property next door, Bella Luna, a 4 bed 4 bath, have the best beachfront locations on the peninsula. Even on holiday weekends during high season, it’s still very quiet and most days like having your own private beach. Our housekeeping and maintenance team take pride in their work and aspire for every guest to have the same 5 star experience; they’ll appreciate that you noticed. Be sure to call in your next reservation and ask for a returning guest discount only available through Bolivar Vacations. We love our repeat guests! And remember Bella Luna, if you need two houses side by side or just a slightly larger house that sleeps 12, with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. In gratitude, The Allelos

Beautiful home

Cottage del Mar is a beautiful home and in a perfect location. It had everything we needed. The beach was wonderful and just steps from the house. We enjoyed beach combing and all the beautiful shells that we found.
