The home was well equipped with everything you would need for the beach (chairs, cooler, toys, etc), fun hammocks, lots of space, a well stocked kitchen ( pots, pans, cups, utensils, etc), a spacious home with cool bunk beds, and extremely quick and easy access to the beach. The host was kind and very communicative. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place for our two families of 4!! Easy access to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. We all loved hanging out on the porch under the house, the breeze from the ocean was fabulous!

The location and space of the house is perfect! It’s an easy walk to the beach. The use of the wagon and chairs and sand toys for the kids was great! The house is stocked with dishes and cookware as well as towels for the beach. The one and only complaint we have are the mosquitoes, which has nothing to do with the owners of the property. We literally bought all the things and nothing helped. We were disappointed that we could not enjoy the bottom outdoor area of the house. We did enjoy the deck and chairs outside the top part of the house.

The house was fantasic and had everything we needed! The hot tub was perfect! Plenty of beach toys and stuff to do at the house. The best tho was the host was wonderful. Super speedy resonse if we ever needed anything and was just all around great! This was a great place and cant wait to make it back sometime! Highly recommend!

Peaceful and kid friendly!

Lovely place, kitchen well stocked, and lots of things that kids like to do (basketball, cornhole, jacuzzi, hammocks).

Amazing vacation

The place was super clean and welcoming atmosphere, the owners thought about everything a family might need, took us 3 minutes to walk to the beach and u can see and hear the ocean all day.

Weekend getaway

This property is a perfect distance from the beach. It is beautifully kept and furnished with absolutely everything you would ever need for a vacation. We absolutely loved it.

Summer vacation

Great time and all amenities were great even tho didn’t get to enjoy hot tub as much as we wanted but still a great stay and rt down the street from beach overall definitely would stay here again and manager of property was so nice and helpful

I am originally from Minnesota and currently live in Colorado - and we both have a great love for all things outdoors! If we are not hiking, fishing, or gardening - we are surely visiting our home-away-from-home in Texas, soaking up some glorious beach time.

The thing we enjoy most about hosting is sharing a wonderful beach location with others and all the great interactions we have with guest. Nothing makes us more happy to than hear guests say they love the house and had a great vacation. Only good vibes!

Great beach acccess via Boyt Rd in a quite family friendly neighbor. The location is considered the quite part of the beach is great if you want to stay away from the crowds but is close to all the near by amenties. Just a quick 10 min drive from the from the Galveston Ferry.

3 Minute walk to the beach says it all! Very open and spacious house that feels comfortable for group vacations. We love to bring family and friends to stay with us.
