Aloha, and mahalo for your review! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the beautiful view and found the condo comfortable, especially the bed. We were surprised to read about these concerns, as we never heard from you regarding any issues during your stay. We always ask our guests to notify us right away should anything come up so we have the opportunity to inspect and address it promptly. Regarding the freezer, our pre-arrival inspection photos include pictures of the inside of the refrigerator and freezer, confirming that it was opening and functioning prior to check-in. We have also inspected it since your departure and it is currently opening and working properly, so unfortunately we are unsure why you experienced difficulty with it. We also inspected the bathroom fan and other vents mentioned and were unable to find the dust buildup described in the review. We take detailed inspection photos before every guest arrival to document the condition and cleanliness of the condo. We certainly take all guest feedback seriously, but we wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during your stay so we could have looked into them immediately. We are sorry you felt it was unusable During the severe storm, we responded to all calls and did our best to assist; however, there was ultimately nothing we could do to prevent the water accumulation. The rainfall was coming down faster than it could drain, and conditions included nonstop heavy rain, limited visibility, and unsafe circumstances due to winds reaching up to 60 mph. Under these conditions, it was not possible to effectively manage or stop the water from collecting on the lanai.
