Prime third floor location provides privacy and the best view of ocean surf, whales and sea turtles. Instead of waking up in the mornings to four walls in a tiny one bedroom, in our premium quality studio condo you can turn your head and enjoy the breathtaking views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai and the West Maui ocean.

Our air-conditioned lanai provides a cozy comfortable place to enjoy entertaining, reading or whale watching even on hot afternoons, and is always the best spot to see the incredible Maui sunsets. Maui Kai 306 is one of the few condos at the Maui Kai that has had the partition removed between the living area and the lanai, increasing the living area dramatically and allowing guests to enjoy the views from the ocean-front lanai in air conditioned comfort. Or, throw open the wide lanai windows to feel the trade winds and hear the waves breaking on the beach below.

A comfortable, romantic, Tommy Bahamas king-size bed offers sleeping accommodations for two. Enjoy eating-in using our fully equipped kitchen, or the gas BBQs next to the cabana and pool.

WiFi and cable modem are provided for computer users.
The Bose stereo has an ipod/iphone connection.

Swim, surf, boogie board, snorkel and splash in the ocean on the beach below and adjacent to the condo. Enjoy the views from the lanai of sea turtles feeding in the waters, humpback whales (best time is from December through mid-April)and spinning dolphins.

This condo exceeded expectations! The best thing about it was the beach view out the lanai, especially at sunset. We could look down in the water below and see the occasional green sea turtle swimming in the shallow water. There is a golden sand beach right beside the building. Although the unit is a studio, it had plenty of room for two people. Parking spaces were plentiful. There are lots of multi-story condominium buildings in the vicinity, so be prepared for some crowds in the nearby restaurants. To have the best options for dinner at a convenient time, book your reservation well in advance. Also, check the weather forecast right before you come and if high winds are in the forecast, prepare for a power outage during the entire period of high winds. Definitely bring a charger for your phones/devices.

Property host and condo were outstanding!! you can't get closer to the ocean unless your on a boat. Listening to waves crash all night and birds coming to visit in the morning. Saw multiple turtles and a monk seal from the unit. Great location. food trucks, Papi Ohana's, Bad Ass coffee, ABC and Times marker ALL nice walking distance. Try Sergios's for Mex, great service and drinks...The unit is super clean and well supplied. even has beach chairs and cooler for guest use. The resort is quiet, plenty of parking, has a nice pool, and grills available. David was a great host, quick responses and was patient and thoughtful when we had a communication issue on our end. Will definitely be back. Mahalo David and Cathy for making our Maui holiday a great experience.

Mind-blowing! Perfect spot directly on the water. Very spacious (even bigger than it looks in pictures). Beautiful art and furnishings. Cute hot tub and clubhouse across the parking lot. Centrally located on west side of island- easy to walk and/ or drive to shops and beaches

Best ever owner to work with!

This is a beautiful unit with one of best ever owners we’ve rented from. Unit is fully stocked and when we had a small problem at checkin the owner immediately resolved the problem. Great owner and a wonderful place to watch whales from!

I loved every minute at Maui Kai. Being on the beach with the crashing sound of the waves, when I woke up and before going to bed was magical.I appreciated the immediate assistance from my condo owners when I reached out.My location, the Bose speaker to play music, the views....all of it were what I needed.I would stay here again in a minute!!!Thank you.

Amazing Views

Excellent communication-cute, clean and equipped with everything you need! Conveniently located and the food trucks were an added bonus. The Kapalua Coastal trail’s starting point is right up the street from the condo!

Great location

Convenient location. Close to food trucks and grocery store. Beach was nice but rough surf with lots of wind this time of year. Whales spotted from beach. Lots of conveniences provided by owners. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom, beach stuff. They thouggt of everything to make out
