SoCal Daze is located in the historic district of Pasadena with charming bungalows. It is one of the 3 units on the lot, accessible through private back alley and comes with ONE dedicated and gated parking.
Equipped with latest technology including wireless charging pads, bluetooth radio, smart speaker and smart TV with over 100 channels and Netflix.

My unit was built with the thought of comfort and luxury at the same time. Full kitchen is completed with energy star appliances and have a cozy dining area. Living room has 50` flat screen TV. Hardwood flooring throughout the house and it is thoughtfully decorated with ocean and beach theme, even painted the beach and sky mural on the fence. Seating area outside is shared between 3 houses. The patio has a nice chairs, table with bonfire for cozy evenings, and stainless-steel BBQ grill for your enjoyment.
Very easy to park and easy to commute location.
Guests have access to entire house. Patio and BBQ grill is shared between 3 houses on the lot.
I can usually be reached by phone for specific questions.
Situated in the heart of historical neighborhood called Washington Heights district. Most houses in the neighborhood are historical and preserve nicely.
Gold Line train station that goes to DTLA and across San Gabriel Valley is a mile away. Downtown Los Angeles is 20-30 minutes drive from home.
I have a security camera at the gate and a camera for the backyard
Over 100 years old city with a lot of history. Many houses are built in the early 1900 and preserved nicely.
Firm Cancellation policy
Cancellation request within 48 hours of booking - 95% refund
Cancellation request before 60 day of check-in - 90% refund
Cancellation request between 30-60 days of check-in - 50% refund
No refund on cancellation request less than 30 days of check-in.
Damage deposit of $1000 from original payment mode may be withheld before, during or after the stay.
No shoes in the house.
Please run the dish washer or run the dishes upon checkout.
Please leave the bed unmade and put the used towels on the bedroom floor.
Take the trash out to the bin.
Turn off A/C while not at home.
