Welcome to Pasadena! This is a recently remodeled studio with private kitchenette and bathroom. Designed for travelers in mind, the studio has everything travelers need to stay comfortably.

The studio is a short driving distance to PCC, Cal Tech, Rose Parade, Restaurants, Shops, Metro, & Bus lines. Great central location to Disney, Santa Monica, Hollywood, and everything in LA.

The rental was perfect. Exactly what we needed. I left an engagement gift and James was very nice and was able to coordinate with me to pick it up.

Great host: Our host was friendly, communicative, clear and provided detailed instructions that made everything practically seamless. Great place: comfy accommodations with access to more in-room amenities than a typical hotel room. Great value: received more and paid less than a typical hotel room. I will be back

Convenient Location

This was conveniently located to Los Angeles. Pasadena is a beautiful location and i would not hesitate going back and staying at this property. The property manager was easy to deal with and was very accommodating.

Pasadena Birthday getaway ❣️

Our stay was amazing❣️ James & his staff were on it when we had any questions for them 😃 it felt so comfortable,safe, and peaceful ❤️ I honestly for got my favorite pillow and had to return for it. Communicated with James and he was so kind to meet up with me back at the place so I could pick it up ❤️ I’m so grateful for him ❤️ I’d love to rebook on my next stay in Pasadena 😊

Clean stay, thin walls

Everything was very clean, AC, wifi, and appliances worked great, check in and communication were easy. The few drawbacks were that you could hear the neighbors through the walls and the vents, and people coming in and out of the house to the other unit through all hours of the night.

Good location with easily accessible parking to unit. Several grocery stores near by and not a bad drive to downtown. Really appreciated the pricing!

Comfy - Peaceful Stay

Everything is exactly as the listing shows. I didn’t find myself needing anything as all essentials were provided by the host. Internet / wifi worked great for zoom meetings /work from home. The area is very quiet and felt safe. It is located just a few minutes away from major restaurants, groceries, stores. Getting in and out of the parking area was a little tricky but nothing crazy. If in the area, would definitely stay here again. Thank you James!

The property is exactly as advertised very clean. Has everything you need for a short day 10 minute walk to anywhere you really need to go including the metro station I would stay at this property again owner very responsive.

Nice place

The location was easy to find though my vehicle did not fit the parking set up being an F-350 long bed as I had mentioned. I did have to park on the road as I could not maneuver in the lot with other occupants. My husband came to trade vehicles out with me. The main door was tricky to open, but once the manager assisted, all else was smooth and easy.

The property was as good as advertised. What you see in the listing is exactly what it is. Very clean and everything is complete. The host was very professional and easy to communicate with. The check in and checkout process was easy aswell. And the location is very good as it is located near everything

Cozy and CLEAN

Cozy and very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access process for the check in. Communication is great. Thank you James. I will definitely stay here again. And I do definitely recommend it to someone that is looking to stay on this area. Better than a hotel for sure. We all appreciate a clean place. There is always Room for improvement. -Shower curtain can be changed more often. And -Towels can be improved to better ones and new ones.

Nice place to stay in Pasadena

Overall cleanliness and fresh remodel. Host was quick to communicate. Parking on property could be better the way the have you park is suboptimal. Huge lot and the parking is mapped out wacky. mark spaces so people know redesign parking better. The combo to door on my unit was faulty I spent 10 mins trying to get into my unit. So frustrating!!

Perfect!

This is a perfectly designed studio space, nicely decorated and with everything you could possibly need for a short stay. Instructions for check in and checkout were very clear. James is extremely responsive and helpful with information about the area. The apartment is well located and accessible to a range of services, restaurants and activities. I was very happy here!

Perfect Couples Getaway

James was really great at informing us of everything and making sure we had everything we needed. The house has 3 total private suites for travelers, but it was more sound proof than I would have expected. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us. I would recommend if you’re looking for a place in the area!

I spent four months studying abroad in Japan before graduating from UCR (University of California, Riverside). In my free time, you will find me doing various kinds of sports, such as hiking, camping, cycling, scuba diving, and hang gliding.

Having traveled to a number of countries, I got a decent sense of the essential needs for travelers. My goal is to provide you a comfortable space with essential amenities, while saving from the extravagant services that you may not necessary need, so you’re left with more funds for traveling!
