Upon arrival we could not access the property. Code for door was not working. Representative on phone was short with me. Kept asking me it if I was at the right cabin. Must have asked me 10 times. Finally contacted housekeeping and she came right over. She also could not unlock the property. She called management co and they had to call the owner to reset the code.Once we gained access to the property, the cabin is adorable! Loved the area!

Cabin was clean, new, and cozy. Loved the gas fireplace. Perfect place to stay while doing hiking in the Fall.

Great stay

Easy all together, very polite polite and responsive management when it came to the one question I had. Next time I'm in the area I will be staying with them again.

Cutest Cabin

We came for a girls trip to see all of the beautiful New England leaves. This cabin was the perfect central location, was very clean, the property managers were very responsive, and the place was very cozy.

Beautiful place, very well kept. Had everything we needed down to plastic wrap for food. Extremely clean and comfortable. If i could give more than 5 stars i would :)

This was supposed to be a fun filled relaxing vacation but it was far from it. The check in process was complicated. Booked and paid on VRBO but I received a couple messages from the property to complete the process by signing the contract via a link that was sent which was not working. They resent the link and I took care of it. At 1st glance the unit looked pleasing to the eye. Upon further inspection you could see dust gathering on many surfaces like the lights fixtures, ceiling fans, the empty wooden curtain rods, the window sills were full of dead bugs, there were dead bugs on the carpet areas where the kids slept etc. From day one of our 5 day stay we were inundated with wasps/hornets. It was mentioned on the 2nd day because we didn’t know the 1st day that it was an ongoing issue. I complained about it everyday and they acted like they were going to take care of it. They sent a guy with a can of bug spray as if I was going to spray the inside with my kids and pet dog when the hornets/wasps arrived. Unbelievable. They said the owner would come out Monday as well as an exterminator but never seen anyone. I asked for my money back so I could stay somewhere else and they wouldn’t respond to that. They never offered a discount or a way to resolve the issue. The shower water pressure was horrible and took long for a family of 4 to shower.I will never stay again. This is not a 5 star stay they like you to believe! They just send messages like they care but do nothing to help.

Adorable tiny home

This tiny home was immaculate. Perfect location to visit the White Mountains. Mudroom was nice amenity for ski equipment or wet bathing suits.

Absolutely perfect!!

This cabin was the cutest, and coziest place! The foliage was perfect and the fireplace was the icing on the cake.

New Hampshire in the Fall

Great family get away. New unit and great location. Would definitely come back again. Two adults, two children (ages 11 and 13) and our dog!!
