Our quick weekend stay for Santa’s Village was perfect! This condo has everything we needed and so many outlets which comes in very handy when traveling with little ones. The space was so clean and our son loved the snack basket! We will definitely be back!

I had a great stay at this property for 3 days. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything was just as described. This was an amazing stay! The host included a snack basket, travel items in the bathroom, and a personal note. Their decorations were outdoorsy and the beds were very comfortable. The host provided everything we needed and had great recommendations for food and activities in their info packet. The outdoor deck was great with wonderful views of the mountains. Could not recommend this place enough!

This property is great! Perfect for what my friend and I were doing which was biking and hiking in the area. Lots of thoughtful little touches like providing toiletries you may have forgotten (toothbrush, razor, shampoo, conditioner, soap). The easiest check out procedure I have ever experienced! Gorgeous view off the deck and my first time seeing the "cloud lake". Mini spit AC's in both bedrooms and the common area. The place was really clean, comfortable sofa to sit on. I slept on the king bed and it was very comfortable. Proximity to Rek-liss (restaurant) is 5 minutes. Great coffee shop across from the Irving gas station. 10 minutes to Littleton.

WritingAbsolutely fantastic stay from beginning to end. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. You can tell how much care and thought the host puts into the property, and it really makes a difference.The host was exceptional—kind, welcoming, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. Everything was handled so smoothly, and communication was excellent throughout the entire stay. It’s clear that this isn’t just a property being rented out; Derek and Melissa genuinely care about their guests having a great experience.I’ve stayed at plenty of rented homes, and this one truly stands out. I felt comfortable, welcomed, and completely taken care of. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Five stars in every possible category. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

This place is such a hidden gem. It was perfect if you are looking for a small spot the recover from a busy, active day skiing (or hiking). Communication was easy, the amenities were just as advertised!

Excellent Comfortable Stay in Bethlehem NH

Very charming comfortable space, with everything you need and nicely supplied. Nice sitting spot on the deck. Excellent location from Main Street in Bethlehem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return to this place.

Everything was as expected! Owners very responsive. Set up was perfect for us. Couple nice touches included area recommendations and a guest book with their guests’ impressions, experiences, and recommendations. Would book again!

Great vacation rental!

We stayed here for 3 nights while skiing. The place was really nice, beautiful view, hosts were helpful and responsive and location was great with easy access to ski mountain. Great rental!

New Hampshire

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Beautiful spot. Walkable to restaurants and close to incredible hiking. We are grateful they had recycling, sweet treats and a lovely welcome with information and more! Thank you for making our getaway so welcoming and comfortable.
