The tub is a soaker only, no jets and the heater in the bathroom didn’t work. Clean! Huge tv. Quick responses.

I wish you buzzed me regarding the heater. It works just fine. Had to be an operator error. It’s running at 75 degrees right now. Yes, that one is a soaker tub. H

We had a wonderful stay! It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was peaceful and made a perfect home base for exploring the beautiful Tennessee mountains, waterfalls, and scenic drives nearby. Since the guest area is feet from the house, Carol greeted us as we pulled in and made the check in process a breeze complete with a little tour! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, clean and cozy. The hot tub was ready to go,so we didn't need to start it up. It is in the middle of nowhere away from traffic so it is a great experience if you want to get away from the noise and relax.

Truly the worst client I have had. This property is not ‘boozy” but clean, comfortable and places you in a woodsy, peaceful area with so much to do. PLEASE, read my other reviews. We would ❤️to have you as our quest.

Lovely guest house! Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. We enjoyed making friends with the outdoor kitty, watching a movie on the large screen TV, and relaxing in the hot tub outside. Beautiful home and land. The bed and sheets were very comfy and I appreciated the extra towels and games. Would recommend!
