• Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM
• No smoking or vaping (including balcony/hallways)
• No pets, parties, or events
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Tampering with the Ring Doorbell or owner’s closet will result in termination of stay and fines
