Cute place. Quiet. Easy to access. Location ideal to explore both Savanna, Sabula, points of interest in Iowa and even to Galena. We enjoyed the stay immensely.

The property was very nice really clean had great accommodations and the location is perfect if you want to walk to the Iron Horse and other local establishments on the main street of Savannah.

Host had great communication. He sent us a very detailed guide book which helped us plan our weekend. Cozy home, fireplace and Nintendo were nice. we enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay

Property is very nice and clean. Nicely decorated and well stocked. Location was perfect for us. Property owner communicated well and checked in with us during our stay. Highly recommend and will stay again when in the area.

Great location in downtown Savanna close to restaurants, bars or shopping. Perfect for those looking to get away to the beautiful western side of Illinois and super close to Mississippi Palisades Stare Park. Also close to the cute and historic Mount Carroll and Galena. Space is roomy, comfortable and clean.

Cute property close to downtown and state park

Great property, walking distance to downtown and just a few min drive to the state park. Parking was easy on the street in front of the home. Very close to the grocery store in toe . Hosts were great and very helpful. They sent a wonderful welcome sheet with house info and things to do in the area. About 40min drive to Galena. We were only there for two days and hope to go back and spend more time. We plan to stay at the same property when we return.

My stay was perfect. Beautiful home. Impeccably clean. Howar informed me of some plumbing issues he had in the upstairs unit. They had to be fixed immediatly. It was done quick, no interfering with my s. Howard offsred

Very comfortable and quiet

Stayed here over a busy Memorial day weekend. The home has a full kitchen for cooking meals or just a couple minute walk to Manny's Pizza or Sunshine Restaurant for delicious food at a very low cost. The service is fast and friendly. If you're into the motorcycle lifestyle there is the Iron Horse Social Club a minute walk away or Poopy's Pub a 5 minute drive. The house has a small living room were we enjoyed having a family get together. There is a large washer and dryer that is very convenient. There's are tons of recreational opportunities in the area like fishing, boating and hiking just to name a few. The host provided an informative brochure, excellent communication and check in was simple and easy. The only negative one could have is an occasional train horn that was not loud, but could be heard in the night. It did not bother me, but the host does provide ear plugs. I would stay here again.

Short stay in sweet Savanna apartment

This property is everything advertised. It is a short walk to all things downtown Savanna and the river and trails. We had a problem with the door code and it was corrected in virtual minutes with a text to the owner.
