We enjoyed out stay here. Liz and Shane were very responsive. We had an issue that was taken care of very quickly and actually beyond what we were expecting. The place is very well decorated in the mid modern style yet all the modern conveniences were available. They were very thoughtful with having just about anything you might need in the apartment. We felt very at home.

We had our anniversary get away to the Galena area. Had a wonderful stay at this location away from the busyness of life. Had a wonderful night at Fergetaboutit winery/concert listening to “Classical Blast”.A fantastic breakfast at Otto’s in Galena. Great spot!

Great location in a quiet town mid way between Mississippi Palisades State Park and Galena. Great views overlooking the Apple River outside our windows.

Anniversary Weekend

We booked this trip for our 2 year anniversary, and it was perfect! Such a cozy and quiet little place to stay, not too far from all of the fun sights nearby in Galena. Very private and secluded, which was the perfect way to flex after being out on the town all day long. Would absolutely recommend staying here and we’d love to come back and stay sometime in the summer!

Liz and Shane were great! They gave multiple recommendations for food (Fried Green Tomatoes was delicious) and the recommendation for hiking delivered as well. The place had all the amenities we needed and then some!

Very cozy, “warm”, inviting property. Nicely decorated and well put together. Has everything you need for a nice stay + comfy bed. Hosts were very thoughtful including all the personal items you may have left at home. Extremely quiet and private stay! Hosts were very accommodating and a breeze to work with. Girls Galena Getaway

Perfect place for my best friend to meet me for a girls weekend. Galena was 20 minutes to the north and Savanna was 10 minutes to the south. Loved the proximity to Mississippi Palisades Park as well as kayaking on the Mississippi!
