Thank you for staying with us and I am glad that you like my house. I think every review gives us a room for improvement so I just want to go over some comment of yours. Back deck are always open for our guest and doors are only locked from inside, you have always access to unlock the deadbolt to go out..You could have reach with me if you had issues getting outside the backyard. I am just 1min away if you’d send me a text about your confusion, and as of now all my previous guest had not mention about backyard restriction.. Second The other door is the way to Garage and I have mentioned at the very first page that “No access to Garage” and I have attached proper sign everywhere for my guest.. Again As you also mentioned about the chair that there are four chairs because dining area can have only 4 chairs on that corner, you can easily see from the picture while booking. If you need extra 2 chair I could have provide you right away if you’d let me know.. You were 6 and I have 36 pcs set of silverware 10 pcs spoon 10 pcs fork, 6knifes and others small fork and spoon etc.. I also double checked the broken chair you have mention, It was just the screw came off from the handle not the legs without any difficulties sitting on it.. As I said you could have reach me anytime to fix issues.I was just a min away. I sincerely apologize for the screw came off after use.. Master TV comes with 2 remote with fire TV remote.. You just need to turn on the TV with other remote and hang out with fire TV. Please don't get me wrong, it just you need to dial your operator if you have any questions or issues traveling to hotel just like I ll be assisting my guest through out their stay.. Hello Kathryn, I am sorry that you didnt meet your expectation on cleaning .. You stayed here for two weeks and my previous guest and after had no problem about cleaning.. I have mention in house rules, you could reach me for anything you needed for house . I mentioned you that I ll be assisting you throughout the stay. It would take me just 5 min to get you all the stuffs OR change the stuffs like 1 foot cutting board bothering you.. Its just like you call the operator in hotels for cutlery , extra towel etc.. We don't make coffee creams so that's totally up to the manufacturer and it's all NEW up to date products .. About trash bag, hangers, baking pan, coat hangers, I have NOT mention anything extra on my ammenities but as I said if you'd ask you are just a text/ call away ..You mention only 2 people while booking so I had 56 hangers total in 3 room.. If you were short you could have get it from another room.. And yes what you mention in bathroom glass ,while glass itself is not a porous material that readily supports mold growth, mold can technically grow on glass surfaces and upon checking is just a pattern on the surface of the glass found while treating .. All I want to say is you could have reach me out just as you reached me for early Check In and I agreed.. You also didn't notify about staying extra hour while Check Out.. House Keeping stood outside waiting until you left. Thank You again for staying with us..
